Property is in within easy reach of the beach, facilities of the 5 star Santa Eulalia Hotel, Pinecliffs, and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 1km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

Villa Santa, has all the modern accessories you would expect in a recently modernised Villa. Digital TV, modern kitchen with integrated Microwave, Hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. All furniture is modern with 2 sofa beds that can be used to provide extra sleeping accommodation. (Please let us know if you require these as will need to provide extra bedding). The villa itself is located on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

All bedrooms have outside space with either a balcony, or double doors leading out. (apart from one), air conditioning, and storage space for your clothes.

Villa Santa is only a brief walk to the beach (Santa Eulalia) which is one of my favourites as it is relative quite, and you can use the facilities of the 5 star Santa Eulalia Hotel with their restaurants with sea views and enjoy a Tuna Salad and fresh orange juice.

The dining and Living room are spacious and allow ample space to house 10 people plus and are excellent open plan areas for entertaining large parties.

Outside there is room to park 2 cars, lawn area and swimming pool with space to lounge around on the sun loungers, or the use of the outside table.

There is a lawn area beside the pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun throughout the day.

Both the strip and the Old Town and easily accessible on foot from the villa. there as bars, restaurants, and Santa Eulalia beach just a few minutes walk from the villa.

There is a intermarche supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the villa.

Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. With its mix of New and Old Town. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time walk around all the local shops and have a drink in one of the many Bar's and Restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. In the night watch the town come alive with street performers and music . In one of the many great Restaurant's why not try chicken piri piri one of the local dishes.

In the New Town you have late Bars and Discos open in the early hours. With some more great Restaurants.
All this is with 15min walk from the Villa. Also don't forget about Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive and some of finest golf course with in 10min drive from Villa Santa.

The Albufeira / Santa Eulalia, Albufeira area

Villa Santa is located in the main town of Albufeira. Located close to the recently built Hotel Santa Eulalia (5 star) which is surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurants. The Hotel itself has a sports club with Tennis facilities, Gym, as well as many leisure activities.

Just a short drive to the many shops of Albufeira which is easily accessible via the main road into Town.

The Beaches of Santa Eulalia and Oura are again a short Walk away and parking is free beside the beach.

The Villa is a short drive to Pinecliffs.

It has 300 or more days of sunshine annually. The Spanish border is only 45 min on the A22 Eastward, it is possible to get a ferry to Morroco it approx a half hour crossing. Vilamoura (resort) is only 10 min away, it is a Golfers and Yachting paradise. The largest shopping centre in the Algarve is less then10 min drive, located in Guia village, "Shopping Algarve" Complex has everything, Cinemas , 10 Pin Bowling Fast food outlets , restaurants + all the main high street shops.On the opposite side of the road to "Shopping Algarve" you have the Retail Park with all your electrical and home needs. Lisbon + Fatima can be seen on a day trip by train from Albufeira station.

Myself and my wife have been staying in various villas for a number of years now and none of them have come close to being as nice as villa santa, everything about this villa is excellent,my wife fell in love with the kitchen,which is more than ample even if theres a large group staying, the beds a very comfortable,the showers down stairs are power jet showers,theres plenty storage space, and uk tv stations on the tv,theres more than ample dining space,theres secure parking, and jimmy, the property manager is very helpfull and welcoming, in my opinion one of the best out there

This property met my familys needs very well. Its spacious, and very comfortable. Close to all the amentities (shops, resturants, bank, tourist info etc.) The property details are accurate except for the pool, its not heated. The property was clean on our arrival, we were met and welcomed by the friendly property manager who gave us a few basics, showed us whats what and did say if we needed anything to call him. During our stay we thought the propety lacked cleaning products and equipment eg. cleaning cloths, mop, dust pan and brush ect. There is only one broom, a hoover that needs cleaning and a broken mop, which we could not use. In order to keep the bathroom, kitchen and floors clean and tidy as we use it. Needs one extra broom, one for indoor, one of outside, and a couple of mats by the doors. and kitchen. The kitchen is adaquately equiped though the kettle did not work, we managed without it. The shower heads in some of the bathrooms work okay but need matainence, and a few of the lights did not have working light bulbs. These things are minor, easily remedy, and didnot taint our stay in anyway. To be totally fair we should of told the property manager as he did say call if we need to, but we were too busy enjoying our holiday! I definitely recommend to other family members and friends.

Amazing villa. Very clean, spacious and lovely pool. The location was amazing, very close to the strip and to many good and cheap restaurants and bars. The landlord was very chilled out and everything was organised perfectly. 5 star rating and will definitely book through this site again. Had an amazing time and thank u jimmy for making the whole holiday very fun and being a very good landlord.

Property was absolutely ideal - great location, good condition, clean, spacious ( a lot more spacious than it appears on the photos) - couldnt have asked for more, and great value for money if you are in a big group. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and would not hesitate in booking again if I was going back to the algarve. Thanks!

I stayed in Villa Santa with a group of 15 girls in July 2010. The villa provided an excellent base. It is located in my favourite part of Albufeira Town, just a short walk to bars, restaurants and my favourite beach. The villa was clean on arrival, pool man was finishing off the pool and we were met by someone who showed us around. We were worried that it maybe too small for our group but we pleasently surprised by how large the villa was inside and out and we were able to move around for 2 weeks without getting in each others way. The villa was cleaned at the start of the second week, and the gardens were cut early one morning. Jimmy the manager came around on a few occassions and made sure that we were happy. I would definately recommend this villa, and this company that we booked through. Throughout the booking we were kept informed of key collection etc, they organised taxis and local information on the area. Many thanks and looking forward to staying in 2011

a lovely villa in excellent location, ideal for a large family as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. lovely pool and a very clean villa, would stay here again and would recommend to anyone. 10/10 excellent holiday all round. also a good company to deal with, sorted transfers and had no problems with booking, thanks

This property was absolutely fantastic and brilliant value for money, villa santa provided myself and eight friends with the space we needed to make sure we kept the peace for a week living together but also gave us a home away from home where we all felt very comfortable, it was excellently furnished with a modern feel and had everything we needed whilst staying there. The beach is roughly 10 minutes away, as is the strip which is nice to have a walk back from after having a nice meal at many of the available restaurants. Shops and cafes are just round the corner which was ideal and perfect for the use of the supermarket as we didnt have to walk far after carrying heavy items. The swimming pool was of good size for up to 9 of us to use and throughout our stay we couldnt find fault with this lovely property that we would all recommend to similar sized groups of friends and families. We hope to be able to visit again sometime in the not too distant future, The Billericay School 6th form group.

Excellent for large groups who want the privacy of their own villa but want to be a short walk from the action on the strip. We took a party of golfers along with a few non-golfers, it proved an excellent base for everyone. Would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed in the middle of may with 4 other families and we were absolutely delighted with the villa, it is so spacious we didnt feel as tho we got on top of each other, evrything is fairly new and decorated well, all bedrooms are a lovely size and the pool is perfect. Villa is in a great location and not far from everything. All in all we had a fab time and were gutted to come home, have reccommend to others already and will def be looking at returning !!!!

We have recently stayed at Villa Santa for my friends hen party. The booking and was smooth and I found Patrick extremely helpful with transfers etc. The villa is lovely and decorated to a high standard. The manager in Portugal couldnt be any more helpful and overall would highly recommend a stay!!

The villa is well situated, only ten minutes walk from the beaches and strip of bars and therefore ideal for a group of friends wanting a short break. It is spacious with plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen, lounge and excellent pool / sunlounge area. The villa has a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons and generally the villa is well furnished to a contemporary standard, however some of the good looking furniture was liable to fall off in your hand, suggesting rather quickly cobbled together, which was s shame. The pool is fabulous and can accomodate approx twelve in the sunny garden area easily, through beware from some noise from the road. All in all, excellent value for money with a large group, in a great location and highly reccommended, the landlord in Albufeira is very accomodating nd the whole boooking / taking the keys to checking out process was excellent. Ensure you check lights work, beds have mattresses and doors lock prior to taking the keys, as we were one bed short (this was previously broken). N.b. Coyote bar (3 mins) serves 1 Euro a beer! Go into town for a more classy night (about 5 euro a taxi), as the strip caters more for the brits, and ensure you go to the beaches as they are brilliant. When arriving from the ariport ask for the Santa Eullalia Beach Club Hotel (next door to villa Santa) to ensure taxis know where theyre going.

Excellent property. The photos do not do the place justice. Very near to local amenities, beaches/restaurants/bars etc. Felt secure and had a safe. On a main road but we did not notice the noise at all. Our only difficulty was finding the place. It is near the 3* beach resort, not the 5* resort as advertised. They are quite a distance apart on foot. Overall an excellent, luxurious place for a holiday. Highly recommended.
