The apartment is finished to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings are brand new and very high quality. The lounge and bedrooms have full air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge includes Samsung 32" LCD TV, Satellite TV, DVD, CD, I POD docking, leather corner sofa and dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite and patio doors leading to the varanda overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has 2 x bunkbeds making the apartment ideal for families.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is the southernmost region of Portugal and it's one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations well known for glorious year round sunshine, fantastic golf courses and excellent sandy beaches.
Travelling around, you will encounter breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean and sheltered valleys with their patchwork of orange groves, vineyards and olive trees or castle topped peaks.
The area has Moorish style houses on the hillsides and brightly painted sardine boats in the harbours.
The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area
Albufeira old town retains much of the old Portuguese charm with its white washed buildings, narrow cobled streets and main square where one can savour the atmosphere and watch the world go by. There is a cosmapolitan feel to the resort, restaurants are plentiful and serve a wonderful variety of cuisine. Boavista is located in the old town with fabulous views across the bay, a leisurely 5 minute stroll takes you to the centre. Leaving the apartment walking towards the marina on foot will take you approx 15 minutes. Salgados golf course is the nearest to the complex and is only a 5 min drive away.

Regular Bus and Taxi services are available from Faro airport to Albuferia.

Car hire available at the airport.
Alternatively fly to Lisbon or Seville. ( 2 -3 hour drive to Albuferia).

The appartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished.
we loved the position, nice quiet spot , only 5 to 10 mins to alberferia beach, or 10 to 15 mins to the marina by foot. We also walked to san rafael beach 45 mins via the harbour, well worth the walk.
excellent supermarket 2 mins walk down the hill from appartment, it stocked everything! staff were very helpful and friendly, all spoke english.
Resteraunts, shops,all a short walk away.
You could cook at home if needed kitchen was well equiped.
Would highly recommend this appartment!

We have just returned from the Boa Vista apartments. The location is fantastic and the views are amazing. This was our first time in Portugal so we did not know what to expect. The apartment facilities were first class. The owners had provided everything you needed for a first class holiday. The apartment was spotless clean and very modern. The location was excellent with a short walk to the marina, beach and busy bustling Albuferia old town square weere there were lots of places to eat and various types of entertainment to suit all ages. My husband and I were very impressed with our first visit to Portugal and will no doubt return again in the future.

Could not ask for more -everything you could wish for in a luxury apartment. Great view and close to lots of lovely restaurants- a short walk to the beach and new marina!
