About the home

Located in the heart of Albufeira,this large plot with mature plants and gardens is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (2 minutes walk)

Oura Beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink.

Beautiful five bedroom villa, completely refurbished with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area, open plan kitchen and living room. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The living room has sky TV, and seating for up to 10 people.

There is an internal dining area for 10 people beside the kitchen.

The living room has large sliding doors leading to the private swimming pool and external dining area.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobe. Located beside the spacious main bathroom.

All amenities are on the ground floor there are no stairs to worry about for small children.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, and large fridge freezer.

We provide maid service upon arrival and for those who wish to rent for 2 weeks at the start of the 2nd week.

There are internet cafes located less than 5 minutes walk from the Villa.

Villa Pavao is located on a private plot with private swimming pool, Garden area, pool table. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun around the pool. There are 10 sunloungers, and a table and chairs outside to enjoy a fresh salad in the mid day sun.

The pool is cleaned and PH Levels checked on a regular basis.

BBQ is easily accessible beside a large window next to the kitchen. Located at the side of the villa that lead to the swimming pool. Villa Century is ideal for any social event.

The garden is cut once a week, usually in the morning to avoid any disruption to your holiday. We can change the times that these take place to suit your requirements.

The Albufeira / Oura Beach area

Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. With its mix of New and Old Town. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time walk around all the local shops and have a drink in one of the many Bar's and Restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. In the night watch the town come alive with street performers and music . In one of the many great Restaurant's why not try chicken piri piri one of the local dishes.

In the New Town you have late Bars and Discos open in the early hours. With some more great Restaurants. Also don't forget about Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive and some of finest golf course with in 10min drive.

Albufeira is the largest resort in the Algarve with excellent golf courses within easy reach. Located in central Algarve.
It has 300 or more days of sunshine annually. The Spanish border is only 45 min on the A22 Eastward, it is possible to get a ferry to Morroco it approx a half hour crossing.. Vilamoura (resort) is only 10 min away, it is a Golfers and Yachting paradise. The largest shopping centre in the Algarve is less then10 min drive, located in Guia village, "Shopping Algarve" Complex has everything, Cinemas , 10 Pin Bowling Fast food outlets , restaurants + all the main high street shops.On the opposite side of the road to "Shopping Algarve" you have the Retail Park with all your electrical and home needs. Lisbon + Fatima can be seen on a day trip by train from Albufeira station.

Approximately 2-3 hrs flight from the UK and Ireland. Ryanair, Easyjet, Aerlingus, and British airways fly throughout the year. Monarch is a good alternative in the mid to peak season.

We will always try to ensure that you make as much use as possible in the villa. If we require the villa back by 11am we can store your luggage until you need to leave.

We can be flexible on the amount of days that you will require the villa, please enquire if you require the villa for more or less than 7 nights.

The pool can be heated upon request. We would recommend through the Summer months that this is not required as it is heated naturally through the direct heat of the sun. If you do wish for the pool to be heated please request a price as this varies at different times of the year.
