Villa Ribeiro 1 is a lovely modern villa with four spacious and well furnished bedrooms, three stunning bathrooms. Each with a separate shower, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely outside garden area with a very large sun terrace a lovely pool ( which can be heated) and a separate Bar BBQ area with a delightful seating area , small lawn and pretty boarders.
Ribeiro 1 stands at the head of the three ribeiro villas behind Automatic gates, it is completely private and the garden is quite secure. The large sun terrace facing south comes complete with tables and chairs sun loungers and umbrellas. It is located in Acoteias - Olhos de Agua, Albufeira. A very short walk ( 2 or 3 minutes to the Shops, Bars, Restaurants). 10 to 15 minutes walk to the lovely beach of Praia de Falesia miles and miles of sandy beach with a wonderful backdrop of reddish orange cliffs and Pine trees which runs almost all the way to Vilamoura.
Car rental is by no means necessary. Unless you want to explore further afield. For short trips a bus or taxi is very convenient and not very expensive.

4 spacious bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds , 1 with a king size bed both contain spacious suited bathrooms with separate bathtubs and shower cabins,1single beds,1 king size bed, 1 bathtubs and shower cabin in total there is 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a modern look with beautiful decorations including large wardrobes for storage. The kitchen is well equipped with state of the art kitchen package (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc). A nice dining area with seats for 10 people, lounge room with comfortable and modern sofas (one of them converts into a comfortable double bed or two twin beds), Satellite TV and DVD Player. Safety equipment: safe for personal effects , kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors.
