Two bedroom apartment set in a quite condiminium with attractive gardens, tennis courts, 2 pools and outdoor jacuzzi. A short walk to Guia centre and Algarve shopping with cinema, bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. Albufeira Old Town centre is only a short drive down the coast. This 2 year old apartment has a large living and kitchen area with all modern features, and 2 large sun terraces. Free internet and Sky TV.
We love the Algarve especially Guia, Albufeira, because of the fantastic facilities in the area. The apartment is a few minutes drive to loads of beautiful beaches, close to the marina of Albufeira and a stroll to plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops, including cinema and bowling. There is something for everyone and it's only a 30 minute drive to the airport.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is known for some of the best golf courses in Europe. Something for everyone from two large water parks close by, Slide and Splash. And just a 10 minute drive to Aqualand. Bowling and cinema as well as carting and horse riding.
Zoomarine, near Guia is a superb Ocean Theme Park, the best in Southern Europe, providing great entertainment and education for children and adults alike. Shows featuring dolphins, seals, sharks, parrots, crocodiles and other species. Further a field, near Quarteirá, the Aquashow water park is home to Europe's biggest aquatic roller coaster, amongst many other water slides.
Albufeira / Guia area
Coast/Beach Praia de Gale is 5 minutes by car and offers 3 restaurants overlooking the sea serving a selection of local dishes and snacks. Also within 10 minutes drive are the beautiful beaches of Evaristo, Praia da Castillo and Sao Raphael to name a few. All have restaurants/sunbeds and toilet facilities, plus water sports in season.
Golf 10 minute drive to Salgados Links golf course, 18 holes and driving range. Half hour drive to all of the golf courses Central Algarve has to offer.
Distances Guia is a small village about 8km from Albufeira 10 mins drive and about 30 minutes from Faro airport. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. Albufeira also offers an abundance of restaurants and shops and is great for a stroll in the evenings. Algarve shopping is 5 mins drive away and offers a huge selections of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
How to get there
30 minute drive to Faro airport, 10 minute drive to the train station. Guia is a small village about 8km from Albufeira 10 minute drive . There are plenty of buses and taxi hire in the village. junction 9 of the A22, off the N125

Large kitchen with breakfast area, all modern appliances including cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster and plenty of cutlery and crockery including plastic for outdoor use.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, garden views and sun terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, garden views and sun terrace. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and hairdryers.
1 bathroom on the second floor with bath, shower, wc, bidet. 1st floor wc and basin.
There is a small utility area as you enter the apartment, suitable for storage, drying washing.
Further details outdoors: Patio doors from the lounge open onto a large sun terrace with furniture.
Enclosed shared condominium, patios, gardens, 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ area, table and chairs with parasol and parking.
Conditions
Towels and linens are included. No maid service for one week stays - unless requested and paid for locally. For 2 weeks there will be a mid stay clean and linen change.
Access to the apartment will be from 3pm, departure will need to be by 11am. Should you have later flights please contact us to see if its feasible to have a later departure time - this will always be accommodated if possible.
Booking 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. Balance due 6 weeks before departure. £150 security deposits to be paid on arrival, will be returned as soon as the apartment has been checked.
