From the owner

Balaia Residence is a privately owned condominium built to an excellent standard, with electric gates. Our 2 bedroom house has 3 terrace areas, an outside kitchen area with gas BBQ and sink, private back garden leading onto the beautiful large gardens with a swimming pool and a separate childs pool. There is a childs play area situated away from the main pool and gardens. The back terraces and the bedroom terrace are get the sun from early morning to late afternoon. The front terrace get the sun from late afternoon to sunset. The house has air conditioning, electric shutters and a contemporary design throughout. This is a small relaxing complex with only a very few available for holiday lettings. Ideally placed for golf, restaurants, shops and the 5* Spa resort.

A non refundable deposit of £125.00 per week is required when booking to secure

A refundable damage deposit of 250.00 pounds is required with final balance payment and returned within 48 hours after leaving the property.

Stays of 1 week/less than 1 week, include only end of stay laundry and cleaning.

Stays of min. 2 weeks, include only 1 per week laundry/towel change and all of end stay laundry & cleaning.

Pricing includes all water and power used during your stay. Linen & Beach towels provided.

Please do not use the bathroom towels for outside activities.

Additional services can be provided at an extra cost such as welcome food pack, cot hire, high chairs and transfers to and from airport.

Check in from 3pm and check out is 11am, although we will be flexible if possible, depending on bookings.

On arrival you will be greeted by our property manager who is English and will be happy to arrange car hire, welcome packs and answer any questions that you may have.

The main bedroom has a Super King size bed, a large double wardrobe , a dressing table with large mirror over, and a chest of drawers. The patio doors lead out onto its own terrace with a small table and chairs overlooking the pool, ideal for that morning coffee. It has an Air conditioning Unit

The second bedroom has twin beds and a large double wardrobe, dressing table and mirror over, and has a Air Conditioning Unit.

All beds are larger than the standard single.



The spacious lounge has patio doors which lead out onto the main terrace and outside kitchen area.

There is also a 1st floor rear terrace that we have decorated as a secret garden complete with grass, plants a small outdoor sofa, chairs, and coffee table its a great space for evening pre drinks or after dinner drinks. .

The whole Algrave coastline has stunning sandy beaches, with numerous bays and coves. St Eulalia and Maria Luisa are both only a 10 min walk away and offer sunbeds, watersports and restaurants.

There is a supermarket, newsagent and hairdresser available at the Balaia golf village.

The 5 Star St Real Santa Eulalia Spa Hotel where you find the very best in beauty/spa treatments is only 8 mins walk away.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
