Our newly re-furbished, air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with balcony is located at the Top of the Old Town in Albufeira. Ideally located for all tastes with Fisherman's Beach just a 2 minute walk and the bars, restaurants and shops within 300m - the apartment is set within the Bay View complex which has a large swimming pool, children's splash pool and relaxing garden area. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows which all have a sea view. Wifi available in reception and pool terrace. Flat screen TV with satellite channels. The bedroom benefits from a fan, mosquito netting and a digital safe for your security and comfort.

Unfortunately due to problems with an all female party in 2013 we regret that we are no longer able accept same-sex parties.

Bay View Algarve is registered with Alojamento Local/AL (permission to rent the property or Rental Licence) meaning our guests can be assured that we comply to all required health & safety regulations.

The apartment has a double bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge area, we can also provide a small single removable bed, cot and high chair (on request). If you require the sofa bed please request this in your initial enquiry.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay at our apartment and have noted your comments. We do not advertise a washing machine or microwave in our apartment and we have many returning guests who have been extremely happy with the facilities that we provide. In terms of a welcome pack, this is available on request as we found that where we did leave basic supplies for our guests they were not being used and therefore going to waste which is not environmentally or commercially sustainable for a self-catering accommodation. The facilities you mention i.e. clothes horse, iron and ironing board are there for the use of our guests to dry off beach towels and hand washed items and also where items of clothing have been packed. I apologise that this response has been delayed due to the Covid19 outbreak and managing our future bookings.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
