“Can't wait to go back to Emeerald Isle!” We had a great time on our vacation and staying at Pebble Beach was fantastic. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach and either of the 2 pools. The outside facilities, pools, etc. are great. The condo was a great size for 8 people (3 adults and 5 boys!)...a little bit on the dated side, with some things in need of updating/repair but nothing that compromised the quality of our vacation. The beach area for Pebble Beach is great, not crowded, clean, etc. Convenient to many activties!

“Beautiful ocean view, Nice unit well furnished.” Easy check in and check out. Unit clean and well maintained.

“Everythings Perfect!” Apartment very well prepared and clean. Fully equipped, very happy of our stay. Nothing was missing.

“Great area - and so was our lodge.” Great house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room) with direct access to the garage. Excellent kitchen equipment. Outdoor grill. Located one block from the main road in Moab, so it was quite but not far to go for restaurants and shops. Very good and prompt service (internet acess wasn´t working in the beginning). Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Cleanliness was good (except under the table). Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were absolutely clean.

“Very nice!!” The condo was great, we just didn't get to enjoy the beach, pool, etc because of the the "Historic" rainfall. We'll come back soon to visit! Loved this condo. Great location on the property, loved the decor!

“We found a new favorite vacation place!” We really enjoyed our stay at the Purple Parrot! This was our first time there and also the first time to Perdido Key- We fell in love! The town was quaint and quiet, just what we needed to escape and relax for a weekend. The staff at the Purple Parrot were awesome, helpful, friendly, they gave us a few things to do at the condo before check-out and all we had to do was drop our keys/passes in the drop box-very easy! The room itself was very neat, the kitchen had the most important things, the coffee pot and coffee cups! If we had wanted to cook, there were plenty of pots/pans, even a tea pot! We had a washer/dryer with detergent, they had iron/ironing board and even a hair dryer! They had a roll of paper towells and dish soap! All we bought was coffee and filters and our snacks! The pool was nice and big and the area was clean-my husband and I did not want to go back to atlanta! We will definately return and we will stay again at the Purple Parrot, we made friends with someone who owns a condo there! We found two favorite restaurants, Hub Stacy's and Tacky Jacks! Oh Yes, we really enjoyed Cobalts too for a little nicer venue! We had a wonderful time, thanks for the memories!

“At home expierence.” The condo was very clean and well furnished and was close to the pool.

“Summer getaway” The condo was beautiful. We had a great time, visited many places while we were there. The pool was nice, never crowded, but very dirty. The outdoor hot tub wasn't working properly half of our stay. The pool lights didnt work the last 2 nights we were there, so we weren't able to night swim. Which was a bummer. The condo didn't seem very clean or not quit ready when we arrived. The towels were still i'n the dryer- I folded upon our arrival and put those away, the bathrooms upstairs needed swept- I did that as well. The dining room and living room also needed swept, very dirty... I swept and mopped myself. Would have liked to had a few extra things in the kitchen. Most places you go to stay have dishwasher soap, dishsoap, trash bags, and a roll of paper towels for the guests - not here. For the price you pay to stay, they should atleast have these basic things and the condo should be clean and ready to move in. This is my second time staying at the Purple Parrot, I was disappointed this time. Don't know that I will stay again next year. I did like the convience of this condo to the parking lot. The kids had a great time and I liked the fact of the gated community, so the kids could just walk around and comeback when they liked. It would be nice to have a basketball court there and maybe a fun slide at the pool. But all n all we had fun, and it was relaxing. The management people were not there on site, so ck -in was not very convient.

“Fantastic condo - Fabulous vacation!!!” Our family stayed in 13ad and 7BU during the Fourth of July holiday weekend and had a fantastic vacation! The condos were well equipped, clean and had plenty of room for a family of four. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. Johnson Beach is just down the road and was very nice. Jd, Paula and the staff at Perdido Key Management were extremely helpful and always friendly even when called after hours. They went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you! We would definitely come back and stay at the Purple Parrot.

“We had a great time!” The unit was very nice and the pool was as well.The weather was coopertative since the storm had passed through.The kids had a blast. Looking forward to goin back !!

“Family fun to the max” Coastal Escape was a clean, well-stocked unit for our family vacation. The 2 pools provide entertainment for the children while the unit amenities allow adult convenience. Parking could be impoved but it was only a problem on the weekend. Six of us stayed for a week; more than one key would have been better. Overall this was a vacation of a lifetime for us. Will recommend the Purple Parrot to others.

“Very well appointed place to spend a vacation.” We thought to vacation home was very attractive, well situated, and quite satisfying for our needs. The only negative we had was the inability to get the broadband internet service to function.

“A Little Piece of Heaven” This was the 2nd year our family chose to stay at the Purple Parrot Resort. We love everything about it...incredible value, location, the pool area, live entertainment and cleanliness of the unit. Jd and staff are the best, excellent customer service! Looking forward to a Girlfriend Getaway on Labor Day week-end!

“Great vacation rental!!” The place was wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool better that the beach. It was awesome with the waterfall and size. The staff could not have been more helpful. The house was great with the screened porch and the kitchen, dining room and living area were very open and comfortable for our family.

“Great family vacation;)” We loved our stay at The Purple Parrot. The condo was clean, spacious and the full kitchen was a big plus. My 3 children loved the pools byt the indoor heated one was their favorite & mine also. We will for sure be going back. Love it...

“Nice Condo - Ocean View From 2nd Floor” Pleasant and helpful staff. Very accommodating. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The outdoor pool is quite scenic with its own waterfall. The only thing more I could have asked for would have been a large flat screen TV (the condo only had a standard TV - not HD). They offer a military discount.

“Clean, but in need of repairs” Our stay was pleasant - it was easy enough to check-in and get settled, despite the lack of on-site management 24/7. The rental was mostly clean, save for the roaches in the bathtub (eww). I'm guessing no one had been in the condo since the last renters (and maid) several weeks before. But, several doors, drapes, etc., were broken and in need of repair. From my understanding speaking with people at the resort, the previous owners lost the property; and, it is currently being managed by a temporary agency. That's fine, but be aware of it up-front. This property is not what it once was. The pool was probably the best part of the resort. We were there shortly after Hurricane Isaac, and there was hardly anyone there at the resort or on Perdido Key. And, that made it very peaceful. The neighbors were friendly (some folks apparently live in the condos, in addition to renters). Mosquitos are plentiful, and a neighbor killed a cottonmouth snake outside the condo one evening, so be aware of your surroundings. All in all, it was a good stay - I feel like the stay should have been discounted, as it obviously wasn't summer season anymore. But, we paid what we paid. For the size of the condo and amenities, it was a good value.

“Excellent location, quiet, and comfortable.” Our family wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach. The Beach Bungalow and Perdido Key were spectacular. It is in a very cute complex with a gated entry and a wonderful outdoor pool. It has an island feel which was perfect. The public beach is 1/4 mile away but just down from there was a Johnson National Park beach. It was $8 for a week long car pass but the beach was not busy compared to the public beach. During the week it felt like the beach was all our own. Our kids had a ball finding shells and small sand dollars. The beach is beautiful and the white sand was very clean white. The water was clear and we had a great time swimming. Orange beach is just 15 minutes and Gulf Shores, AL was only about 25. There are great restaruants and shopping. The bungalow had everything we needed. We had a great stay and look forward to next year's trip. We enjoyed a day of deep sea fishing on the 'Outcast'. The crew was incredibly great. We also enjoyed a dolphin sunset cruise on 'Cetacean Cruises'.

“So beautyful, so clean, so fun!” We, a party of five germans had such a great stay. The condo was very clean and useful equipped. Best of all, we arrived very late by night and the manager was very helpful and handed over the key to friends who arrived earlier. The beach is close and there are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Unfortunatelly you have to leave the condo until 10am which is little to early but not really an issue. The purple parrot is the No 1 choice in Perdido key and we'll come again.

“Comfortable, Very Clean, Quiet & Relaxing!!” Great stay that exceeded expectations. All the amenities were exactly as stated on the website. The unit felt like a home away from home. All that is required is to unpack and bring in groceries. We enjoyed the beach chairs and beach umbrella. The restuarants nearby were wonderful. We already reccomended this location to a friend.

“Great stay at the Purple Parrot.” We loved the cottage style of the Purple Parrot. It was convenient to the beach but you had to drive. I wish they would have told us our condo was upstairs. The staff at Perdido Key Resort were great!

“Fantastic getaway!” This was our first visit to Perdido Key. Words cannot express how fantastic our vacation was at Purple Parrot Resort. The accomodations were fantastic, the grounds and pool area were clean and the staff was more than friendly. They went our of their way to accomodate us. Our extended family stayed in a hotel on Pensacola Beach, which was very cramped. We had more than enough room to relax, fix meals, do our own laundry ,rent movies,and enjoy a beautiful pool as well as visit the beach across the street. We have already been planning our next vacation and we will definately be staying at Purple Parrot. There is not one suggestion for improvement I could make! Can't wait to return!! We have told all of our family about it in the hopes that they will reserve a spot as well for their vacation!

“fun and relaxing” Like a neighborhood with no need to go to beach I would suggest that when your house is not on "main drag" meaning can't park right next to it---please let people know We had great difficulty initially finding the house--esp. in the dark!! Harder to unpack car and carry in "stuff", but must say sorta nice to be "off the beaten path" once settled.

“Very Comfortable!!” I'm an owner of another unit here at Purple Parrot. My unit was booked so we decided to stay at another. It was a wonderfull unit. Very cozy, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The mattress was incredible! Like sleeping on a cloud. The pull out sofa, was also nice for the kiddos. Highly recomend for a family of 4 or even a couples, getaway.

“It was lovely and consistent” My daughter and I have spent the last few summers at the Purple Parrot, staying in Peachy Keen at least two other times. It is nice condo that is always clean and lovely. The Purple Parrot property has undergone several iterations over the last few years and it was good to be back this summer with the pool only being open to condo owners or renters.
