Quick and reassuring communications with the owner from the outset. Apartment has recently been modernised to the highest standard. Nice to see wifi included in this day and age.

“Fab 2 weeks” On arrival we was impressed the welcome pack is fantastic we have had villa's before and never had a pack like it they had thought of all the bits you would be grateful off especially arriving late evening as we did.. The villa is really spacious and it's very clean..The garden area is great and it has so much more space than you think.. The beds was comfy which helps.. Great terrace area to sit on and the shutters and fans was a bonus as the villa was really cool.. Lee who maintains the villa and pool was superb he was really helpful and the fresh bedding and clean towels 1 week in was lovely..We would definitely come back to this villa and recommend, we didn't get a car as we like walking and the marina is less than 10mins walk and we walked the back road to the town and that took no longer than 20mins and our boys 14 and 10 was happy to do this... Gutted to be home thanks for helping us have a fab holiday

“Excellent Apartment” Couldn't agree more with other reviews. Apartment is well furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Helen, the owner, is very discreet but on hand if you need any help or information. The location is quiet and relaxing but with everything you need close by - didn't bother with car hire, didn't need it. Thanks Helen - hope to see you again soon.

“Another great Tenerife holiday” After a slight mix up with the telephone number to contact Nina who looks after the apartment we eventually arrived in the apartment. Lovely apartment, very modern, lovely views and the complex is in a great position for beach, shops, restaurants, bars - in fact couldn't fault location. There is some work going on at the old market area so there is some noise from there and also from bars underneath the apartment but nothing that would stop me returning here. Only one issue that definitely needs resolved is the shower drain - water was not draining away properly and ended up flooding into bathroom. This needs immediate attention. Overall we enjoyed our time at this apartment and would return in the future. Oh and a visit to Keep Smiling Bar underneath the complex is a must!!!
