“We had a fantastic time in Casadelmarj great house great service.” Just back after six great weeks in Casa del Marj. The house was very clean and well equipped. The keyholders Mandy and Kevin were only a phonecall away and were very helpful. The grandchildren had a ball.. great pool . And only a short stroll to the fantastic beach and restaurants and bars. We all had a very enjoyable holiday thank you Carol and Donny .

“Dream running week” Headed back to Abdet with the warmest greeting from Tom and Penny. The beautiful view of the mountain is still there, the food is yummy and can't get enough of it, as for the trails just beautiful scenery, easy of the foot most of the time and different, the properties are just like being at home with access to wifi and the fridge and cupboards always full . Great trip for walkers or runners. Loved it.?

“Perfect holiday accommodation for a young family!” This was our first family holiday abroad with two young children - a 3 year old and a 9 month old, and it was fantastic. Booking it was easy, the owner was very quick to respond to emails, extremely helpful and informative. The accommodation was lovely, everywhere you looked, there was equipment for young children to make your life easier, from plastic plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, stair gates, high chairs, cots ....... the list is endless! All I took for my 9 month old was his formula, which made life very stress-free, although I found the pharmacy down the road actually sold the particular brand I use! Also all the shops sold Pampers! In terms of things to do, there are play parks everywhere so my 3 year old was very happy, and the restaurants loved the children, giving them little lollies or sparklers in their desert! The pool was lovely (a little on the cold side so my 3 year old was initially reluctant to get in but once she was in she was fine) and the beach was a 5 minute walk away, with yet another play park! For a small charge, you can choose from a number of toy packages which the owner will have ready for you and also more equipment if needed. We took our own buggy but hired another basic buggy for a day so we could walk round the beautiful coastline, all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this holiday rental to anyone, especially those with small children. We actually came home feeling like we had had a holiday, which is not always easy when you have children :-)

“Lovely House and Great base for a Costa Blanca Holiday” We knew the Quesada area very well but needed a new place to stay. This is it! Lovely maintained 3 bed, 2 bath semi detached house with a balcony to the double bedroom upstairs and a very big paved garden in which to laze away those sunny days. All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned with a small charge through a pre pay meter. This is non profit making and essential to ensure air con used sensibly. We put in 7 euros for a week and there was still 1 euro 10 cents left on the meter! The house would also be perfect for a young family with Nan & Grandad tagging along. Upstairs Mum and Dad could be in the double bedroom with the children next door in the twin bed room and there own bathroom. Downstairs Nan & Grandad could have there own double bedroom and bathroom. Take a foldable stairgate tho if the kids are young. The 180 deg turn marble stairs would be unforgiving in a fall. The pool area, although not massive, is well maintained and the pool an absolute delight. Finally a word about the area. You will need a car to get around. Guardamar beach is a 15 minute drive away and our favourite, La marina, a good 25 minutes away along the N332. This whole coast line is safe and beautiful but it is not what you may consider 'touristy' but as a base, this house is perfect
