“Wonderful relaxing stay in beautiful surrounding” So glad we found this beautiful apartment which fulfilled all our needs and even more. Its definitely a home away from home. Spent loads of time either on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden or on the huge and very private roof terrace, which was even more beautiful than we expected. Had a couple of BBQs there with friends living in this area - everyone was just happy and pleased about this place. Even in august you never had the feeling the sun beach complex is overloaded with people. Just a few at the pool, it never was too busy. Our girls aged 13 and 14 could easily do beach walks on their own, visiting coffee shops there and enjoy their holiday (without boring parents!). We had a rental car there cause we also travelled around, went to different beaches, evenings in Marbella or Puerto Banus. It's a perfect location to reach loads of interessting places on the Costa del Sol. We can highly recommend this wonderful apartment. Thanx a lot again to the owners. Susan & Sven (Germany)

“Perfect Apartment” Had a lovely week in Elviria, the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Immaculate condition and very clean. It has lots of terraces with the most wonderful views. Our evenings spent on the main terrace were perfect enjoying beautiful food from the local supermarkets cooked on the BBQ, we have never seen so many shooting stars!! The place is in a very good location, very peaceful with easy access to the nearby towns. We would highly recommend this place and no need to worry about paying the owner direct as he is very trustworthy.

“Lovely, spacious and comfortable penthouse” The Pueblo Quinta Penthouse is a lovely apartment with plenty of space for larger groups. The location is perfect, with the beach, Paloma Park and Selwo Park all within walking distance. With 2 young toddlers we didn't want a villa with a private pool, the pool area here was fantastic, never too crowded, and my wee grandsons loved it. We spent most evenings relaxing on the terrace after a busy day and the food from the local takeaways was amazing, would recommend Milan Indian/Italian which is just across the road. Our family would definitely recommend this apartment. Our only disappointment, which cannot be blamed on anyone, was one of the children's buggies was stolen from downstairs where we left it overnight as we thought with the complex being gated it was safe to do so. Fortunately we found a second hand shop selling a buggy so this did not spoil our holiday. I would also like to apologise for losing the pool key and hope it was found in the apartment after we left. PS the mesh on the balcony was a godsend with the toddlers.

“Fantastic apartment” We have just come back from our fifth visit to Mick and Sue's apartment, so that speaks for itself. Everything is so local, shops buses English shop bottom of the road. Two big supermarkets both in waliking distance Plenty of places to eat.There is everything in the apartment which you need. Weather was fantastic. “Excellent Holiday” The apartment was exactly as described with lots of extras not normally found in rented accommodation. Special attention had obviously been paid to the outside terraces which were all furnished with very comfortable chairs, loungers and cushions. Also the BBQ was great. We hired a car while we were there and although it is not essential we were able to see more of the area, we particularly liked Cartagena and Mar de Cristal. We had an excellent holiday in this beautiful, well maintained penthouse apartment, Cindy was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

“If Carlsberg done Penthouses in La Torre......!” Booked Ann's penthouse for 4 weeks in July and was not disappointed. Argueably the best location in La Torre - close to all amenities such as supermarket, clubhouse, town centre (restaurants and bars) and 2 well kept pools. Ann's pre holiday correspondence was both informative and well timetabled. The apartment itself was in very good order. It contained everything that you would expect and indeed needed to enjoy a home from home holiday. Beds were very comfortable and all linen was in good order. The extra patio space was useful for drying any laundry. The importance of air conditioning units in the living room and each of the 2 bedrooms should not be undervalued. The free wifi a must in this day and age! All in all an extremely good choice of apartment and would recommend.

“Best location in Nerja” Stayed here for a week in February 2013 with husband and grown up children. Superbly located for stroll into town or down onto beach. Stunning views over the sea and headlands from large balcony or through big picture windows. Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and wi- fi really useful. Love Nerja, have visited before and enjoy the wealth of choice between the many tapas bars (especially Los Barilles in Calle Carabeo) , beach bars ( Ayos on Burriana beach a favourite for paella and Sunday lunch with the locals) and many other restaurants - all competitively priced- especially little Italy- fantastic Pizza, Pasta and salads @ 3.50 euros! Visited the caves in Nerja- best we have ever seen and well worth a visit, as is village of Frigiliana. Paid for a weekly ticket for car park behind Calle Carabeo, saves hassle of having to find on street parking. Could quite easily do all the above without a car but husband needed one for golf. Hope to return!

“Fantastic apartment, perfect location for the beach - will definately be returning!” We stayed here at the end of May with two young children. La Zenia was only about 20 mins from Murcia airport which was ideal although we did hire a car. The apartment was great, very spacious, well equipped and clean. We used the on site swimming pool in the morning and then walked 5 minutes down a quiet road to the beach. There are two equally nice beaches to choose from, perfect for families with toilets, play area / climbing frame and a bar. The sea was safe for children and there are lovely walks along the front to other beaches. I can highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly be returning in the future.

“Apartment was absolutely stunning” We are a group of 3 women & 2 men. The apartment itself was gorgeous. We could not have asked for better. The terrace must have been the highlight of our holiday; the boys especially loved the BBQ! The apartment was well-equipped with everything that could be expected, and more: we enjoyed being able to play music with the iPod dock, and the TV was appreciated since we were away during the Euros and Wimbledon! (it has English channels.) The communal pool was just what was needed. The location of the apartment for beaches could not be better. When we went, the beaches were fairly quiet. The Mar Menor is gorgeous. There is a small supermarket immediately opposite the apartment which was very convenient, and there is a panaderia (bakery) and fruteria just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest big supermarket is at about 14km on the strip - a 3km walk. In June, the buses were not very reliable and we spent a fair amount of time waiting for them (it's 1euro15 for a single ticket anywhere on the strip). The holiday would have been made much easier had we had a car however we're not old enough to hire one! (21 in Spain.) Although we accepted it and made do. We did find that the area is quite quiet, and you do have to trek down to the other end of the strip if you're looking for a bit more atmosphere and liveliness, especially in the evenings. Overall, we had a great, relaxing holiday. The apartment enabled us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves and we felt very at home in it. Thank you very much to Kerry and family - it's a lovely property.

“Lovely apartment, total relaxation” Recently returned from the penthouse with my husband and 2 children. We had a lovely time. The apartment has everything you need and the pool and surrounding areas are very clean. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves for the whole week and found everyone there very friendly. The restuarant/bar on site is very nice and stylish, offering good food, reasonably priced with lovely surroundings. Thanks to Carole for all her help, we would definitely go back! Thanks again!

“an absolutely dream appartment” The appartment is probably the best I have stayed in. I can only describe it as a show home: the decor and furnishings are beautiful. The sofas both in the appartment and on the terrace were so comfortable; something that doesn't occur very often! There were lots of 'nice' touches such as hand soap in the bathrooms; dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder in the kitchen/utility room. All my dealings with the owner Ed were simple and straightforward. His manager Barry was extremely helpful and I am sure had we had any problems, which we didn't, he would have have been on hand! Although we went to Altea at the height of the season the appartment 'complex' was extremely quiet as was the pool area. Altea Hills is in a superb area and is close to obviously Altea as well as Calpe and Benidorm. When we next visit this part of Altea which we certainly will I will definitely be asking Ed if I might borrow his appartment again! This guide suggests I should write what I liked least. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave as it was a perfect holiday.
