“Family holiday” I have just got back from a fantastic holiday with my husband, 6 year and 10 month old son’s. I have been coming to los Alcazares for 10 years and this is by far the best villa I have stayed in, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was really spacious, light and well equipped. The roof solarium is huge and the court yard is decorated with pretty fairy lights which come on as the sun goes down. The communal pool is directly opposite the front door of the villa which isn’t clear from the picture but was a welcomed surprise particularly with having a young baby. It is quiet but has shops, bars and the market almost on the door step plus it is only a short walk to the beach and our favourite beach bar Chirringuito Teis. Lastly and by no means least is to mention our host Muriel who is quick to respond to any queries and stayed in contact throughout our stay to check everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again.

“a little slice of home heaven in paradise” This is not my first stay in Casa Bacchus and will certainly not be my last. Casa Bacchus is set up like 'home from home' with all the facilities one would need. The decor has been tastefully done making it welcoming, fresh and tres comfortable. The owners have provided a ‘hand book’ that provides detail on every local topic imaginable that enables you to start enjoying your experience with little time wasted. Outside is the spacious private pool area which enjoys day long sunshine and with the added comfort of padded beds provides a maximum sun lounging experience. The management company must get a mention as Casa Bacchus is always clean (as are the communal areas) with fresh linens and they are never afraid to go out of their way for you...even booking your airport return taxi in advance if required. The weather was amazing even in late February at 25+ degrees by day…however it does drop considerable by evening at this time of year. My family and I had a fabulous/luxurious time and I look forward to my return visit ASAP. Puerto Del Carmen is safe, stunning and very clean with value for money (and high end) restaurants wherever you go. The views from the port area are particularly enchanting whilst taking your time over some ice cold traditional Sangria.

“Excellent property and value for money.” We were very impressed with the bungalow and its facilities.. Julie the owner kept intouch prior to our holiday, and made sure we had all we needed on arrival.The bungalow is situated in a prime location on THE PALMS the pool is directly in front of it. We had everything we needed and more. I left an item of clothing at the property Julie emailed me to say she would get it posted back to me I would highly recommend this as a holiday home we had a very relaxing and much needed break. We will be returning to THE PALMS we have stayed in other properties here but we prefer this property.

“Great Central Location” We had a wonderful relaxing stay at your villa and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is in a great central location for beaches and exploring the mountain tracks and walks. The swimming pool is large and refreshing , The villa was exceptionally well equipped and there was everything you could need there for a comfortable stay.. There are some great sights to see and a trip to the Sea Defence fort was really impressive, the coastal drive was challenging but provided some amazing scenery as did the sand stone structures. The area has so much to offer and is still relatively unspoilt by development Have fun

“A brilliant bungalow with everything you need for a relaxing holiday” This bungalow is fantastic and has everything you need. Free wi Fi was brilliant in keeping. Teenager happy with Facebook etc. Wonderful private patio for sunbathing in privacy. Washing maching on patio very handy keeping clothes and towels fresh. Very good pool, no trouble getting beds, hardly anyone in the pool most of the time. Some lovely walks along the seafront in both direction. Regularly walked two hours each day along sea front. Owner called twice whilst on holiday to check all was Ok with the bungalow - a nice touch. We liked it so much we are going again for the second year running. Highly recommended. Resort is very nice and clean with restaurants and super market very close by.

“Comfortable and well located in excellent development” Casas del Sol is a delightful complex, immaculately maintained with friendly, helpful staff. Ingrid's bungalow is located in a quiet part of the complex but still convenient for everything. Nice comfortable bed and seating, good range of cooking equipment and dishes for those occasions we ate in. Casas del Sol is also well located in Playa Blanca - a wide selection of good eating places are within easy walking distance, likewise shops, supermarkets, etc. Any communication with Ingrid was replied to very speedily with helpful replies to any questions we had. All in all, it was a good choice.

“Ideal location, great facilities” Ernesto met us at the house & gave us a quick tour & showed us how everything worked. Location is right beside the shopping centre with all the shops restaurants & bars you could ever need. The beach is about a 5\10 minute stroll away through a tree lined walkway from the bottom gate. There's car parking space at the top gate if you rent a car for exploring. The roads in Gran Canaria are outstanding & nowhere is more than an hour's drive away. We used Plus car, can be booked online & there are no hidden extras, all insurances are included & the office is on the main road at the opposite side of the shopping centre. A car is definitely not needed though & there's a hyperdino a minutes walk away. The house itself is fab, all rooms had ac & all the mod cons in the kitchen came in handy. We had a problem with the AC in one room & the fridge wasn't chilling properly on the second night, I sent a text & Ernesto turned up 30 minutes later with a workman & it was all fixed in the morning. Excellent service. The loungers were a real plus to our holiday. No getting up at 7 to put towels out & the pool was barely used during the day as number 10 is the only holiday rental. We normally don't cook on holiday but the BBQ was great & we used it a few times. Beds were very comfy & there are 2 big sliderobes for storage. It's a great house in a great location & I can't wait to go back. Can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks Ernesto
