“Perfect Relaxation” We all needed a relaxing holiday, after a very stressful period, and myself being rather unwell just before going, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The situation is just perfect, up on the hill overlooking the bay to

    Villa Romantica
    Wonderful Stay in Alghero

We had a wonderful week in Alghero in Villa Romantica. The house and pool were immaculately clean and it was exactly as the photos. Very welcome juice and pastries laid out by the lovely owners. We had two small children and everything was set up for their arrival, two cots, two mattresses, fresh sheets and two feeding chairs. We felt really welcome and hope to be back again one day. Very nice people to deal with too - a warm welcome and very easy departure. I would have no hesitation recommending to family and friends. see more
Alghero Relax Rural - private guest room
Relaxed stay in a lovely rural setting amid olive and fruit trees..

Really enjoyed our week here. Breakfast always included fresh fruit from the garden ( figs plums etc) and delicious home produced olive oil and tomatoes. Our English speaking host Nicola gave us plenty of local information Our room was simple, clean and quiet and a wonderful retreat at the end of the day. see more
    Villa Champagne
Super Villa, Stunning Location, Beautiful Sardinia

We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Champagne. The Villa is exactly as pictured, set in a quiet hillside location overlooking the Bay of Alghero and the Capo Caccia peninsula beyond. Our party consisted of my sister, my husband and our two young daughters. The villa is comfortably furnished, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool was great for the whole group as even our youngest enjoyed splashing in the shallow end. If you visit late season like us then I would recommend surf suits for small children as the water was getting quite chilly especially when the sun went in. As mentioned by other reviewers, bath and beach towels were provided, and there is a washing machine which was essential with two very messy kids! A car is essential if you want to get around and about and there are lots of excellent beaches, picturesque towns and activities to do within an hour’s easy drive. We very much enjoyed the caves at Capo Caccia, the beaches at Porto Ferro and Stintino, and the old towns of Bosa and of course Alghero. There were plenty of opportunities to sample the lovely seafood and ice cream wherever we went. The owners are lovely and very helpful, providing recommendations on where to go, places to eat and local supermarkets in Alghero for getting provisions. Queries were quickly responded to before and during our stay. We loved staying at Villa Champagne and we were all sad go home. Highly recommended. see more
