The apartment called "the Black", fully furnished and equipped, is on the first floor of a new building that overlooks the main street, close to the Square and Common Park,

It has two comfortable rooms with flat TV, which offer up to 6 beds.

The kitchen is equipped with everything and the house has a large living room, a balcony that overlooks the main street and a comfortable furnished, all at guests' disposal.

Being in the center, you can walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the country.

The bus stops are very close to one hundred meters and, in the space opposite the Town Park, there is a large car park.

For a surcharge and subject to availability, you can still make use of a parking space in the garage.

Inside the bedroom and the bathroom you will find everything you need, blankets, pillows, towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs please feel free to ask, we will try to accommodate you.

Please no food available in the rooms, but to do so in local charge. And 'possible to smoke in the garden area and in the kitchen. In the rooms and in all other indoor smoking is banned, out of respect for the guests to come.

We are available at any time but we invite you to specify your estimated arrival time and delays.

Mi rende felice sapere che i miei ospiti abbiano percepito quanta cura metto nel riceverli. Nel contempo sono certa che mi perdoneranno per le piccole"criticità" che non ho saputo evitare. Ho iniziato quest'attività solo da qualche mese e ogni giorno trovo soluzioni diverse e più idonee per i piccoli problemi che quotidianamente si presentano. Farò tesoro delle vostre critiche e dei consigli che vorrete darmi, affinché chi sceglierà di soggiornare da noi, possa farlo nel migliore dei modi. Grazie, Enza.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
