Yalikavak Holiday Villa, Aegean 220 is named for its unobstructed 220 degree views of the Aegean sea, Yalikavak's Palmarina, the white washed villages of Yalikavak, Geris and the Greek Islands of Samos/Patmos - all these views from one location.

Aegean 220 is situated on the crest of the ridgeline that commands the area and allows for every room and level to have an unobstructed panoramic view. As you lounge in the private pool expect nothing less than attention grabbing, magnificent scenery. This villa offers spacious living, sleeping and outside 'relaxation' accommodation. The villa has been completed with high quality travertine floors throughout with new outdoor furniture and lounging chairs in 10 seating locations.

The private pool means there is no need to leave the villa during the daytime. To cool off in the hot summer months, just walk onto the terrace and take a dip and absorb those fantastic views while lounging in the ‘helicopter’ swing or sun worshipping in the Grotto. For families with children who want to make friends, the villa also has use of the larger infinity edged swimming pool located below the villa. This is the community pool for the Bluewater Bay private complex.

The villa is easily accessed by road and has several parking spaces outside its entrance steps. The Dolmus (minibus) also runs along the road near to the entrance and will take you into Yalikavak for a few lira.

The owners of Aegean 220 have spent the last 4 years upgrading and equipping the villa to a luxury standard. They spend about 3 months each year at the villa enjoying Western Turkey and all its splendor. They have equipped the villa to a high standard for themselves and their guests. As their guests, they aim to provide the same delightful experiences they enjoy as owners and recommend all guests take advantage of the new modifications.

This entry level comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge, outdoor BBQ and Pergola Patio. The kitchen/lounge room has table and seating for 6+ guests, coffee table, fire place, 40' Smart Samsung TV with free view satellite (several English channels), DVD player and Sony CD unit. This level has a cloakroom with WC and washbasin. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. Guests can take advantage of cooking and preparing local foods with plenty of appliances and utensils available. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, new Bosch full-size fridge/freezer, full quality wall cupboards, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, French press coffee plus everything you require to self cook for a comfortable holiday.


The owner's have placed special attention on this room to maximize the 220-degree view and comfort levels, complete with two large sliding glass doors elegantly installed with remote controlled curtains. This self-contained suite occupies the top floor of the villa and has a luxury en-suite bathroom. The expansive roof terrace has a newly erected pergola that partly screens you from the sun. This private area boast new lounge furniture, teak coffee table and a soft cotton Yucatan hammock (best seat in the villa). All this surrounds you with beautiful vegetation and a Zen like atmosphere that allows full privacy and relaxation with unobstructed views. The new wardrobe and bedside tables boast plenty of space to unpack and neatly store your personal belongings. Also equipped within the new furniture is a hidden safe to secure your belongings for safekeeping. This room is also equipped with a 32” Samsung Smart TV with free view satellite (several English channels).


(Pool level): This room has one double bed, wardrobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets, lamps etc. En-suite bathroom. Opens up onto the pool and garden terrace area with private poolside patio seating area. Great for midnight swim. Fabulous views.

It will change again too as the owners are due to visit early Spring 2018 and refurbish the bathrooms, install extra lighting around the new pergola area and have other improvement plans too. This year we changed villa/guest manager and Sara now manages the villa, she is excellent at what she does and this is evidenced by your comments about 'the difference' from when you last stayed at the villa. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
