The apartment is situated within a resort which allows guests access to a number of commmunal swimming pools. There is also a restaurant, shop, bar and evening entertainment.
Outside of the resort there are other services including taxis, hourly bus service 30mins to Bodrum. There are also local stalls, supermarkets and restaurants and beaches nearby.
The apartment is quietly tucked away within the resort. If you’re looking for peaceful surroundings with a homely atmosphere with access to lively, friendly Bodrum town with many attractions and amazing boat trips out to sea then this is the place which would provide you with that balance.
The apartment had two bedrooms, living space with open plan kitchen, balcony with beautiful lake view and roof top access.
Lovely experience and unforgettable memories. …
2 Bed Overlooks Stunning Views of Lake Tuzla
"Somewhere, where I would defianately want to wake upto!!"
I found the balcony view breath-taking and picturesque. The apartment rooms were VERY spacious and accommodating, certainly plenty of room to spread yourself with adequate facilities for self-catering.
The main on-site pool and other minor pools dotted around the complex, very good with great bar snacks & drinks. Its a good complex to unwind, as it is quieter than other local resorts, which suited me better. To add, I saved a small fortune on local cabs to other resorts and restaurants as this service was free of charge. …
Turquoise Bay Bogazici, Bodrum
A lovely holiday place, away from all the package tourists :)
We loved this apartment. It was exactly as we'd expected - very quiet, not touristy and the view was amazing. The apartment itself is very attractive and well equipped, it feels like home not a hotel. There's no manager but a local man who helps out whenever you call him. The water went off a couple of times - real turkish village life! - but he came straight away to fix it. He also got us fresh fish which we cooked on the barbie on the balcony! The only thing missing was a pool but it's a short (and steep) walk to the local beach, We hired a car and travelled the area a lot - the roads are excellent and it's easy to get around (eg to Ephesus, a couple of hours drive). We went to Bodrum a few times and there are lots of beaches and other interesting local towns around, like Gulluk. Our favourite beach was 5 mins drive away (Sunset) with a lovely cafe for lunch. We went to the supermarket there, and there's also one in the village (which is a bit more expensive). The village is unspoilt and traditional and the locals are very friendly and helpful.
This is a perfect holiday for anyone who is looking for an authentic turkish experience and a place to unwind. It would be a great place to write your first novel!
It's best for healthy adults - there are quite a lot of steps so I wouldn't take small children or elderly people, unless you want to drive everywhere. …
