“Fantastic” Thanks Chris and Viv for letting us stay in your fantastic villa. We have had many villa holidays over the years but this has to have been the best. A very comfortable villa with everything you require for a relaxing holiday. With 3 children and 2 adults all looking to be in the pool at the same time the large swimming pool gives everyone enough room, then when you want out of the afternoon sun for an hour you can escape into the kosk to chill out, read, have a drink or even an afternoon nap. The villa location is also excellent as it's only a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Ovacik but if after a hard day in the sun you aren't up for the walk then there is the taxi button just outside the villa (brilliant idea). If you like things a bit more lively then Hisaronu and Oludeniz are a 5 minute taxi ride (very cheap) or Fethiye is just over 10 minutes away. Many of the restaurants will pick you up and drop you off if you ask. There is lots to do and see for all ages if that's your thing, we liked being around the pool mostly but did venture out a few times and the highlight was a private boat trip with Zora boats in Fethiye. Captain Mehmet will entertain you all day and does a wonderful lunch. I could go on and on about how good this holiday was but think it's better to say, "it's a must try". “Amazing” We booked this villa for my 50th. Myself and 7 others went for 8 days. I can say that I could have not been happier with my choice. Katie was brilliant before we arrived , answering all questions and advising us of transport options for pick up from both airport and the villa on day of departure . The villa is more than adequate for 10 people to stay in. All amenities are installed throughout the villa. Beds are comfy , the lounge and kitchen are spacious. We never felt that we were on top of each other. Plenty of sun beds , table tennis table , films , games and a lovely swimming pool to cool down in. Shops all within walking distance. I really can not find fault with this Villa. I won’t go into full details about where to shop but if you need any advice I would be more than happy to answer questions. This was my 8th visit to the area , normally at a hotel. This certainly will not be my last visit to the Villa !!

“Everything we expected and more” Stayed in this apartment for four weeks with a group of friends. On arrival the apartment was very clean and the driver whom we booked through with Sonia was very reliable and friendly; turned up on time helped wiht cases and showed us around. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, spacious, light and provides excellent air conditioning. The furnishing is new and well looked after as in the pool area and grounds. Not a day went by where there was not a gardener or pool cleaner in sight. We were lucky to have some really nice people sharing the apartment, and even more say that despite the apartments being fufiled at all times there were always plently of sunbeds. Sonia herself was excellent to book through, reliable and ensured that we had everything and knew everything that we needed to know. Would highly recommend this home close to the town for anybody. I certianly hope to be back.

“Superb” Previous reviews say it all. The Villa is fantastic with plenty of space so even with 7 of us, we were never under each others feet. The area is very quiet, which is great around the pool, but is still only a short walk from Restaurants and Bars. Eating out is extremely cheap (£6.00 for a three course meal) and you must get your haircut! All arrangements made by Craig and the Orka Hotel worked well including a cot, highchair and return transfer. The views of the mountains are superb and you definitely see many paragliders in the air. In Olu Deniz they almost land in the High Street. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here, including older people. My Father is 82 and with the free shuttle bus up to the Hotel we found no issues with getting about. Everything stated within the description was exactly as described.
