We chose Villa Oludeniz Heights for its quiet location and magnificent views, together with its access to local shops (5 minutes), excellent beaches (15 minutes) and night life (10 minutes). The villa is located in a beautiful part of Turkey 45 minutes from Dalaman airport. As well as local markets and ruins to explore there are many excursions and activities that can be booked locally including paragliding, boat trips, Turkish baths, quad biking, scuba diving, water rafting etc. Please see the photo gallery (it's our daughter paragliding !).
Villa Oludeniz Heights is a beautiful privately owned villa which is managed locally by our management company who will ensure you get good, immediate and local support. It has four bedrooms, all with en-suite and sits within private gardens with a good sized private swimming pool. The villa enjoys magnificent mountain views and is within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Ovacik and Hisaronu. The nearest beach is within 2 km at Oludeniz (Olu Deniz) and is easy and quick to get to on public transport.
Public transport runs regularly to nearby Oludeniz and the traditional Turkish town of Fethiye. There is plenty to do and see in this stunning area of Turkey.
Oludeniz Heights has 3 levels:
The ground level offers a spacious entrance hall with fitted cupboards and access to the marble staircase. The entrance hall leads into a large lounge area that includes luxury décor and wide screen TV and DVD player. Adjacent to this is the dining area that includes a beautifully presented dining suite for eight guests. The large kitchen is well equipped with the latest appliances including ample cupboard space, oven, hob, microwave, toaster fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, dishwasher and a water cooler.
The second level has 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and each room has its own balcony. The rooms all have good quality fitted furniture. One room has a double bed and two of the rooms have twin beds.
The third level has the master bedroom suite. This bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe which leads through to a large en-suite that has both a shower and a bath. This bedroom has a double bed , table and chairs, dressing table and private balcony from which there is view of the sea between the mountains.
The lounge and dining area has large patio doors that open onto the private patio, garden and swimming pool. There is also an external BBQ and the high standard garden furniture. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and there is further play space in the front garden. Here the property has its own retaining walls and gate.
Oludeniz Heights is maintained by Orka who will look after the gardens and pool daily, provide a regular cleaning service and will be on call should you need them. In addition, our guests will also enjoy full access to Orka Hotels and their facilities. This includes the Orka Valley Spa and Sport Resort which is a brand new luxury complex. At the Orka facilities you can find swimming pools, slides, sports (e.g. tennis), gyms, saunas, bars, restaurants, a variety evening entertainment and child care facilities (e.g. child carers, high chairs, cots etc). Free transfers are provided between Orka facilities and to the villa.
Ovac?k is about 5 minutes walk from Oludeniz Heights and lies on the Dolmus (local bus service) route from Oludeniz to Fethiye. There is a market on Monday and a water park that is open to the public. Restaurants and bars cater for the people who prefer a quieter evening than the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu which is about 15 minutes walk from Oludeniz Heights.
Oludeniz remains one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean. It has a secluded sandy bay at the mouth of Oludeniz, on a blue lagoon. The seawater of Oludeniz is famous for its shades of turquoise and aquamarine, while its beach is an official Blue Flag beach, frequently rated among the top 5 beaches in the world by travellers and tourism journals alike.
Please note that Villa Oludeniz Heights is a private property which is maintained on a daily basis and supported by our local management company. However, it is not staffed in the same manner as a hotel and is therefore not covered by the same insurance. We therefore, recommend guests take out suitable travel insurance for their stay.

“Fantastic Place, Great Owners, be ware of the noise and the service”
After 10 days in that fabulous villa, this is my review. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, the villa has everything that you may need and much more as it seems the owners treat it as they do their own house hence is fully equipped and kept in the best state. The villa is spacious and very, very clean. The owners are amazing people to contact, they will do everything in their power to please you and will attend every requirement with gusto. Two main "challenges" and the reason why I could not bring myself to give it 5 stars (which someone may think is unfair as it is a bit out of control to the owner) and those are: The noise. For some reason someone decided to excavate in the middle of the mountain (building a mine, a road, we could not find out really) 6 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm and the noise is relentless and I am not talking about a little noise, this is full one noise made from an excavator that echo's through the whole part of that zone, so much so that we had to look for places to go (even if we did not want to mingle with a lot of people due to the pandemic) in order to avoid the noise for a day or two. Again nothing to do with the owners, but please be mindfull of it or better yet check if the excavation has finish (we are not sure how long is going to take) with the owner before travel as it really became an issue for US. Second the management agent, they really will have to learn from the owners as we encounter problems during our stay and calling them to get it fix was always a challenge, to be clear, they did it at the end but it took a long time and some effort to get it done. Again not the owners fault and maybe it is the culture of doing everything very slow but we struggled to sort those issues. That is it, Katie, if you read this again, thank you for helping us so much and for being fantastic even when you are so far away. I am 100% sure that if the noise is gone by next year, I will give it another go.

We booked this villa for my 50th. Myself and 7 others went for 8 days. I can say that I could have not been happier with my choice. Katie was brilliant before we arrived , answering all questions and advising us of transport options for pick up from both airport and the villa on day of departure . The villa is more than adequate for 10 people to stay in. All amenities are installed throughout the villa. Beds are comfy , the lounge and kitchen are spacious. We never felt that we were on top of each other. Plenty of sun beds , table tennis table , films , games and a lovely swimming pool to cool down in. Shops all within walking distance. I really can not find fault with this Villa. I won’t go into full details about where to shop but if you need any advice I would be more than happy to answer questions. This was my 8th visit to the area , normally at a hotel. This certainly will not be my last visit to the Villa !!

If Katie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
