Beautiful farmhouse recently renovated, amazing views, swimming pool, air conditioning.The farmhouse is divided into 2 private houses which accomodate up to 8 guests.Perfect for couples,families or larger groups holidaying together. Each house has its own outdoor space with beautiful views,equipped for alfresco dining. Volterra is just 1.5 km. far from the property, less than 5 minutes by car. The cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are all within easy reach of the house as are many wonderful Tuscan towns and villages.CasaMia, a tipichal tuscan countryhouse recently renovated. Great mix of tradition and modern living.The house is composed by two double bedrooms and bathroom on the firstfloor, large kitchen, livingroom and toilette on the groundfloor. A 90 squaremeters terrace equipped for alfresco dining and private garden complete the house.Well equipped Family kitchen, comfortable sofa in the lounge area.Outdoor spaces are meticulously maintained and equipped to enjoy relaxing moments under the sun immersed in the tranquillity of the nature. Private terraces with tables and chairs, gas bbq, big wood owen, and great access to the pool. Large garden at disposal.Villa Colle is a poolside villa, newly built to a high standard with all the comforts for modern living and charm of the traditional Tuscan style. Two adjoining double bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom with shower complete the first floor layout. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen/living area. The family kitchen is well equipped and there are two comfortable sofas in the lounge area. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs, gas bbq, big wood bbq, and great access to the pool. Large garden at disposal, with stunning view. This accommodation is higly recomended for families or couples. Accommodations higly recomended for families,or couples of friends. You can reserve the all property or just one house.The pool (11 x 5m) is chlorine free and has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from April to November, earlier and longer if the weather is favourable.Pool heating available on request for the cooler months, an extra dayly cost is required for heating. The use of the pool is shared between the two houses of the farmhouse, there are two large gazebo around it and lots of sunbeds to let you enjoy the sunning surroundings The new Jacuzzy is at your disposal to enjoy the amazing view in total relax. Jacuzzi heatable on request on site for an extra dayly cost. Accommodations have their own private alfresco dining area and terrace with BBQ and exclusive garden You'll have at disposal a big wood owen to prepare and enjoy your pizza. Private parking spaces for guests.

How do damage deposits work?
