Property at exclusive use

Villa dei Medici has two villas which have been carefully restored and filled with every possible luxury, with a total area of 350 sq. m., holding up to 16 persons in 8 double rooms, 6 bathrooms and a smaller bathroom. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the property includes a private, panoramic swimming pool, a large garden, panoramic terrace and furnished loggia for meals. You will also find WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, central heating, a barbecue, ping pong table and parking.

Outdoors and Swimming pool

A classy iron gate leads to a tree-lined boulevard immersed in an enormous garden, with some Italian-style garden areas. A paved path leads from the villas to the terracing with the pool, which boasts a great view of the hills. The rectangular-pool is externally paved and is 10 metres by 5, with a depth of 1.5 metres. You will find a furnished bathing area with outdoor shower, sunbeds and beach umbrellas which contribute to making outdoor appetizers at sunset a real treat. The main villa has a pleasant loggia which overlooks the surrounding countryside, complete with a round table and wicker chairs all on the ground floor, whilst the first floor terrace features an outdoor living room. The Liberty-style guest house also has a panoramic terrace on three sides of the building, perfectly furnished for outdoor barbecues: there is a large table on one side along with umbrellas and the barbecue and an area with sofas, armchairs and a ping pong table. Parking in the property.

Interior

These two magnificent 15th Century villas, originally belonging to the prestigious Medici family, are furnished with taste and complete with every comfort. The main villa is on 2 floors, internally joined. The ground floor has a beautiful hall leading to the dining room, a living room with fireplace and access to the veranda which is joined by a beautiful portico, the well-equipped kitchen, with red brick arches, wood beams and cotto flooring combine perfectly with the interior design. On this floor guests will also find a washing room and a small bathroom. The first floor has a hallway with access to a large panoramic terrace, 4 double rooms of which 2 with bathroom with shower (one of these does not have air conditioning), a bedroom with a bunk bed and one bathroom with bathtub.

The other villa is 50 metres away from the main villa and is all on the first floor, elegantly furnished with an eye for design. The entrance leads to the bright living room with TV, sofas and armchairs, a living room with fireplace, a dining room joined to the large, furnished panoramic terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The night area has 2 double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower (this room does not have air conditioning, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.

The property is in the heart of the Tuscan hills, in a panoramic location perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Villa dei Medici has WiFi, central heating, air conditioning in both houses expect for in two bedrooms, hairdryer, baby bed, high chair, barbecue and parking.

Services

The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, electricity, water and gas, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are cookery courses, dinners, wine and food tours, a tour guide, hired help and babysitter.

Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. The deposit is to be paid via Paypal at least 1 day before arriving, and will be refunded via Paypal up to 7 days after checking out.
