Superbly equipped luxury Apartment for up to five people, with glazed sun loggia. The centrally situated and quiet 2-bedroom city apartment is located on the 6th floor, with elevator and view over the inner courtyard. Underground station U6 is right outside the apartment directly in front of the house. Luxuriously equipped, including two LED TVs (living room and bedroom), FREE Internet (WLAN/Wi-Fi), fully equipped kitchen - saucepans, frying pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washer-dryer, etc.

The Apartment Luxury Universumstrasse is very quiet despite its central location. It is just a few minutes by public transport from Vienna city centre, the recreational area of Danube Island (Donauinsel), the Prater and the countless other sights on offer in Vienna. Public car park in the immediate vicinity (150m). Shopping facilities including food shops just round the corner.

The apartment "Luxury" Universumstrasse Vienna will impress with the high quality of its features: brushed steel kitchen equipment, glazed indoor loggia, two separate washbasins and high-end furnishings including an LED TV in the bedroom and one in the living room.

Both traditional and modern sights of Vienna, as well as the city centre, are accessible from the luxury holiday apartment in next to no time. There are food shops, a bank, a dry cleaner's and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as Millennium City with cafés, restaurants and a UCI cinema.

Vienna

You can get to Kärntnerstrasse in Vienna city centre in just 10 minutes by public transport. Kärntnerstrasse and the Graben are the two best-known shopping streets in Vienna, where you will find all the international luxury labels and brands. The 'first district', or city centre, is generally the ideal starting point for holidaymakers in Vienna to explore the well-known, traditional sights of Vienna (St. Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna Hofburg, Kaiserappartements, Sisi Museum, Imperial Silver Collection, Imperial Crypt, etc.).

Augarten Park is also right by the apartment, with Danube Island just a few minutes away by underground train. With extensive recreational and swimming facilities, Danube Island offers residents and holidaymakers alike the perfect place to relax.

You can get to Danube Island recreational area in just a few minutes by crossing one of the nearby bridges (Nordbrücke, Floridsdorfer Brücke, Nordbahnbrücke, Brigittenauer Brücke, Friedensbrücke). Another inside tip for joggers and walkers is the nearby waterpark on the New Danube, as well as Aupark in Floridsdorf.
