THE APARTMENT

This is a beautiful newly renovated Apartment in the heart of Vienna. The Apartment has 51 sq m, and 8sqm balcony. There are many Transportation opportunities going in different directions in Vienna.

FAQ

1. Check-in and keys to the Apartment is always at the Apartment. You also get the address and directions to the apartment once a booking is confirmed automatically. You cannot get contact details before you make a booking.

2. We supply towels, bed sheets

3. Those who stay up to 5 days can use the washing machine and dryer

4. We have no free parking

5. From the flat to the City Center is about 4-2km. You have the Train Station just in front of the Apartment and will take you about 10-15 minutes to get to the City Center.

6. We have hair dryer

7. When you book, you get the whole Apartment to yourself. We do not live here.

8. We have everything if you wish to cook your own Food.

9. The Apartment is surrounded by many supermarkets and Restaurants.

PUBLIC PARKS

There are a lot of parks, and the most beautiful park, the AUGARTEN is just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Also the Donauinsel which is good for walking even in the winter is also a 5 minutes walk from the apartment in the other direction to Augarten.

TRANSPORTATION

There are many public transportation possibilities available like tram 2, U6, Schnellbahn, Bus 37 all travelling to different directions in Vienna just around the apartment

Why can't I call Yuda (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Yuda (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yuda (the owner) a message.

If Yuda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
