This typical Venetian apartment consists of spacious rooms, a kitchen equipped with all facilities, a dining room, living room with television, music and a big library, a spacious studio with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a bedroom with a double bed. At the other side of the entry you'll arrive to the terrace, with magnificent overlooking on Grand Canal, a typical glimpse of Venice like Tintoretto's canvas. Is an apartment that was lived by the owners, with them books, guide, old stamps of Venice on the walls, to enjoy the truly venician life.

Our apartment is in a very central position, close to san Polo square. In 5 minutes you will be at Rialto's brigde, and in 15 minutes in san Marco square.

Frari's Church, one of most beautiful church in Venice, is very close.

The aparment is very comfortable, and you'll sleep very well, because is situated in a very quiet zone.

You have 2 supermarkets at 3 minutes on walking, and many other shops.

And we will help you for everything you want.

Salve Sergio, grazie della sua recensione, ci fa piacere che avete avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Chi sceglie questa struttura deve rendersi conto che si tratta di un immobile molto antico, come tale non ha tutti gli agi di un appartamento nuovo e moderno, sono anni che ci sono continui miglioramenti, non so se ha notato che l'esterno del palazzo è ritinteggiato a nuovo, il secondo bagno (quello piccolo) è tutto nuovo e ristrutturato, il bagno quello piu' grande è piu vecchio perchè lasciato cosi come originalmente era quando abitato da veneziani. Chi sceglie questa struttura deve aver voglia di fare un tuffo nel passato e ritrovarsi a soggiornare per pochi giorni in un ambiente cosi come realmente era quando si trattava di un'abitazione vissuta dai veneziani. In qualsiasi città, se ci si trova in centro si fa i conti con macchine e clacson. Qui a venezia, un appartamento che si affaccia sul canale, considerando che lo sbocco è il canal grande, ossia quello più grande e importante della città si sente il rumore delle barche che passano, posso capire che può dar fastidio ma è anche una esperienza unica e irripetibile di grande fascino per chi vuole apprezzare questa città. I miei piu' cari saluti Maria

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
