The Tosca apartment is laid out on about 160 square meters and is composed of a large living and dining hall with nice designer sofa-bed and a table that can be extended to seat up to 10 people in comfort. There are 2 king size bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (that can become a double), all of which are equipped with high standard Simmons mattresses for your maximum comfort. There are 2 full bathrooms with shower, coated with Ecomalta, an innovative and ecological material that can be used to create continuous and minimalistic surfaces. To complete the idyllic picture: a functional kitchen equipped with Hutschenreuther Maria Theresia weiß porcelain tableware, a set of professional cooking pots and pans that can be used to prepare delicious dinners, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a professional American coffee maker! Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room.

The Tosca apartment (named after the well-known Opera from Giacomo Puccini, represented also at the Fenice Theatre) is the largest of the three available in this “palazzo” and can be combined with the Salomé studio apartment, also found at the same level, door to door. We named the combination of the two “Tosca Premium”, a perfect solutions for groups of up to 10 people.

We highly recommend the Tosca apartment for 6 demanding guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people for short stays also.
