The Salomé is a newly listed and glamorous studio apartment located only few meters from the famous Fenice Theatre, known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera House in the world. It is named after the well-known play written by Oscar Wilde, represented also at the Fenice Theatre.

The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Center for its quietness, beauty and central position. The public transport stop and the supermarket are only 2 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings. Looking out the windows you can see gondolas sliding on the calm emerald waters of the canal below, while if you leave the windows open during the day you can enjoy the serenades of the Gondoliers!

It is found at the 1st floor with elevator of a historic palace owned by almost a century by the same family who completely renovated it in 2014 and finally offered to our privileged guests in 2015 for the first time.

It is smartly furnished with original vintage furniture, like a Danish designer sideboard from the 50’s, French table lamps and appliques from the 50’s, Reggiani vintage Italian designer floor lamp from the 70’s, original modern monochromatic paintings. The distinctive style of the Salomé studio arises also from the choice of a sleek Doimo Kitchen with induction plates and brushed white oak parquet boards, while the spacious bathroom is coated with Ecomalta, an innovative and ecological material that can be used to create continuous and minimalistic surfaces. The super comfy Simmons mattress sits on a nice king size bed covered with smooth linen, same as the double-sofa bed and the curtains made with linen. In short: a very stylish environment.

At the Salomé there is washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, professional American coffee maker, efficient air-conditioning system, climate controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, Smart TV, etc…

The Salomé studio apartment is perfect for a romantic couple but can be rented for short term also by 3 people using the double sofa-bed. It is the smallest of the three available in this “palazzo” and can be combined with the Tosca apartment, also found at the same level, door to door. We named the combination of the two “Tosca Premium”, a perfect solutions for groups of up to 10 people.

Additional amenities include: iron & ironing board, interconnecting apartment, autonomous heating, smoking not permitted, elevator, central location, security door, first or ground floor, hairdryer.
