Ideal holiday home for a couple who wants to visit VENICE and not only, in a peaceful area and convenient to amenities, surrounded by green in a single villa with private garden, garage and free wi-fi, consisting of double room plus a sofa bed (it becomes queen-size bed when there are 3 guests), kitchen and complete bathroom with a large size shower, for maximum 3 guests.

Located just outside VENICE in downtown of the small art town MOGLIANO VENETO, just 20 minutes by train to VENICE. The train station is just 5 minutes walk from the house with very frequent trains to VENICE and back. A train weekly pass valid for unlimited travel roundtrip between VENICE and MOGLIANO VENETO is only € 13,30 per person. The bus stops to go to Venice or other destinations are close to the train station. Just 20 minutes by car from the airports of VENICE and TREVISO (airport transfers on request). At the crossroads of the art cities and beaches. Also within easy reach TREVISO, PADUA, VERONA and VICENZA, with an excellent rail link. LIDO DI JESOLO and other beaches at 40 km.

Dogs have to relieve themselves outside the house and out of the garden. Owners can take them for a walk in the park behind the house and have to clean up after.

House Rules Feel Relaxed And Really On Vacation Our small property is a private and peaceful home in a residential area. For civil behavior and respect for the neighbours, please avoid noises in the garden. No parties, music or events. It is not allowed to bring foreign people on the property with out a reservation or permission. Cleaning is as important to you as it is to us. We demand respect as we respect you, so please leave the apartment in order and take care of the goods supplied. Property protected by video surveillance outside the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
