The Sansovino is a newly restored and nicely furnished first floor apartment of about 110 square meters, well located along the Zattere waterfront in the Dorsoduro district, one of the best spots of the city, accessible in one minute walk from Basilica della Salute, about 20 meters from the Spirito Santo Vaporetto stop line number 51/52, five minutes' walk from the Accademia Bridge. In the surroundings you can find the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Punta della Dogana e la Francois Pinault Foundation, the Accademia Galleries and other world famous landmarks.

Many Venice connoisseurs and influent artists bought their house here as it is a picturesque, quiet and central area of Venice, where you can really experience the great Venetian lifestyle.

It has been restored in 2013 and fully equipped with modern electrical appliances in order to meet the highest contemporary living standards. Each one of the three bedrooms is air-conditioned and very comfortable: the master bedroom has a king size bed, a second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be also joined and used as queen size bed on request, the third bedroom has 2 single beds.

The living room is spacious and bright, but most importantly it is very welcoming! The furniture is colorful and carefully selected in order to create a distinctive style and fit perfectly every room, for your total comfort and delight. The dining room is particularly bright and features a very functional kitchen and a table for 6 people. From the living and dining rooms you can enjoy a pleasant south facing view on private gardens and the Redentore Church in the background.

The house is perfect for up to 6 people and is suitable for families, couples, groups, including older travelers and kids. Last but not least, the Sansovino offers great value for money!
