Luxury apartment on two levels, centrally located and optimally served: entrance hall, 3 bedrooms (2 very large). 3 baths, lounge/bedroom 4, kitchen / dining room. Conditioning, WiFi and audio broadcasting in every room

The apartment, at the top of an ancient Venetian building, has been completely renovated and equipped with quality furniture in 2013.

THE SPACE:

Enjoy Venice from a strategic location: your home will be in a quiet Calle easily reachable from the railway station/bus terminal/airport, at the same time you will be at a walking distance from most places of interest in Venice.

FEATURES:

The apartment has an independent door at ground level, then, after climbing a typical steep Venetian flight of 23 steps, you will discover a large, finely decorated, stylishly furnished apartment arranged on two floors and fully equipped to host up to 10 people .

"Ca' de l'Oca" or " the Goose Home " (main apartment at second floor for up to 8 people):

•Ample entrance hall with armchairs and trumeau.

•Large kitchen (fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots) /dining room with a long table for all people,

• Living room - large, with high ceiling and wide window (4 m wide), two double sofa-beds, two armchairs and a wardrobe /library (can become an independent quadruple bedroom).

• Bedroom 1 - "Golden room"- large, with three windows overlooking calle de l'Oca up to the Santi Apostoli church. Equipped with a big wardrobe, an armchair and an ancient dresser with mirror

• Bedroom 2 - "Silver room"- cosy, with two windows, a wardrobe and a complete ensuite bath (with shower)

•Main bath – complete + second sink in antebath

"Nio de l'Oca" or " The Goose Nest" (mansard suite for 3 people at third floor with direct internal stairs from Ca' de l'Oca):

• large room (25 m sq) with double bed and living area with table, chairs and a single sofa bed,

• walk-in closet

• complete bath (number 3).

The house is fully equipped: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, drying machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, free internet WiFi connection and two Smart TVs, baby bed (to confirm upon booking), sheets and towels for you all.

Baggage drop off possible after 10.30 and full check in after 15.00. Check out at 10.30 but you can leave your luggage in a video surveilled area at ground level. Please note that the rates are fixed up to 7 guests and there is a fee x day x extra person up to 12 (if you book for a given number of guests and later want to increase it, that is possible by paying the difference cash at check in). PLEASE - Take note that we will collect the tourist tax for the Venice Municipality: €4 x person x day

Linen, towels and final cleaning are included, but RUN DISHWASHER and empty the fridge before leaving.
Apartment is delivered in pristine conditions: any damage will be deduced from the deposit. If you find pre-existing damage, notify it to the check-in hostess, who will take duly note.

Lovely spacious apartment, well furnished with all amenities to make ones stay comfortable.

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet area, yet very close to restaurants and shops. Easy access to all the main attractions and close to the water boats. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Why can't I call Stefano (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano (the owner) a message.

If Stefano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
