Villa Eden is a lovely spacious house and apartment, with large garden and swimming pool.

The villa is made up of a three bedroom house and a two bedroom apartment.

The main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open planned living area with kitchen and dining area, sun room, terrace with sea view.

Entrance to the main house is via a secure gate and wide stairs. The main entrance hall is well lit, there is a hallway to the left for the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The door to the right into the open planned living area.

The open planned living area is spacious, furnished with comfortable sofas, solid wooden furniture, smart tv, air conditioning and a large feature fireplace in one corner. The dining are a has a dresser, dining table and eight chairs, there is space for the extra table and chairs. High-chairs available upon request.

Fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plates, bowls, drinking and wine glasses, mugs, pots, pans and cutlery.

Stunning sea view from the terrace which has comfortable seating, table and chairs for outside dining. Stairs to the garden and swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside table and lamps, dressing table and stool, mirror, bedroom chair, air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Door to en-suite shower room. Views of the garden, pool and sea. There is room for a cot which is available upon request.

Twin bedroom is furnished with two full size single beds, table and bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, large window with blackout shutters over looking garden.

Family room has a king size bed, two single beds, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, cot/bed, air conditioning, writing desk and chair. Views of the garden, pool and sea.

Family bathroom is equipped with a shower over a full size bath, toilet, sink with mirror.

The apartment has an independent front door accessed from the street. The front door opens onto the open planned living area which is furnished with sofa and chair, television, coffee table, breakfast bar with four stools.

Fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plates, bowls, drinking and wine glasses, mugs, pots, pans and cutlery.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and air conditioning.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and lamp, air conditioning.

Shower room with a large shower cubicle, toilet, sink with mirror.

Bath, hand, beach/pool towels, bed linen for the beds and the cot bed are provided.

Suitability:

Families, children, there are stairs up to the main house and down to the swimming pool, the property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Both properties are non-smoking inside.

The garden lawn is well maintained, with mature plants and trees. The swimming pool is located on the lower garden, access via gates and stairs. There is a change room and toilet by the swimming pool.

A car is not necessary as the local shops and market are only 600 meters walk, the local beach 900 m.

The villa is only thirty five minutes drive from Malaga airport. The nearest water park is a five minute drive. There are restaurants, super markets, local markets and bars a few minutes drive from the villa, or a short stroll.

Baviera golf (21 holes) is 4 minutes by car and Anoreta Golf (21 holes) is a 12 minute drive, both golf courses are challenging, uncrowded and have sea views.

The surrounding countryside is beautiful, ideal for hiking, cycling, bird watching and enjoying the stunning scenery. Wild deer and eagles are seen on a daily basis, and there are walking routes suitable for all abilities.

Cycling is a popular pass time, the roads are safe and the drivers courteous.
