Bed has a memory foam matress and includes fitted sheet, duvet in winter, quilts in summer two pillows plus two extra Pillows, towels are supplied. Quality, efficient, Toshiba, Air conditioning, which cools in summer and heats in winter.
The property is in a very safe area, 3 minutes walk from four restaurants, a café, supermarket, hardware store and 7 minutes from a pharmacy, hair dressing salons, other shops. Also 7 mins from a larger supermarket - Billa. A bus route (10 or 13) which takes you to the centre / railway station in 20 minutes. Taxis available via website, usually arrive within 4 mins. The neighboring area Tsveten Kvartal is only 7 mins walk, with almost a shop for everything! Free street parking - first come first served.
