Hidden gem

My husband and I have just returned from out first holiday in Bulgaria. We had an amazing time. Peter and Debbie, not forgetting Monty the dog were fantastic hosts throughout our stay in the villa. They couldn't do enough and made our holiday special. We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival, the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our 10 days stay. The outside bbq was fab, we used it quite a few times. The pool was a lovely welcome break away from the heat and there's a little shaded seating area just off the poolside where we sat with a wine or two after a day sunbathing. The village has a couple of fruit and veg shops and a local supermarket that sells the most amazing kebabs for a bbq. There's a local restaurant down the road, we loved the cornflake chicken. Kraymorie is a beautiful little resort, well worth a visit. Neptunes is a great restaurant with a wonderful view towards the sea and beyond. If you're looking for a very relaxing holiday away from the busy tourist type resorts then this would be it. We will definitely be returning. … see more

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was perfect. The location minutes from the beach and near the super restaurants and pubs but was quiet at night. The balcony was the best we have ever had and got the sun morning til night. Spacious inside and even a washing machine which is a bonus. Lovely bathroom/wetroom and there was always hot water. Its so cheap to eat out here so we didnt use the kitchen much. The bus stop and supermarkets are 2 minutes away and one of Sunny Beach best restaurants called the Lira is very close. Everything you need is here and cant wait to come back next year. Anil the owner is very responsive and always at hand via email. An absolutely gorgeous villa!

What an absolutely gorgeous villa this is. I stayed here with my husband and 2 children aged 7 and 9, for 2 weeks at the beginning of August (2019) and had such a lovely holiday. The weather was lovely between 27◦c and 29 ◦c every day, with just 2 half days where we had some cloud. The rest of the days were pure sunshine all day. The villa has everything you could need. All three bedrooms are really spacious, with plenty of storage. There’s even a storage room upstairs for suitcases, which we found really useful. The pool is a nice size. We had the four of us, plus inflatables in their everyday. There are also 3 large communal pools on the complex. On several days we had one of these pools completely to ourselves for the whole day. At all three pools there are sun loungers for people to use and whatever time of the day we went there were always plenty of sun loungers spare. The staff on the complex are really friendly and there are always staff available if you need anything. The whole complex, including the pools and gardens are kept immaculate. The complex also feels really secure and safe because of the amount of staff around and because it is so well lit at night. I was a little worried that the complex might be noisy at night or in the mornings. However, it wasn’t at all. We had a lovely peaceful stay here and found it a very relaxing holiday. Caron is also really helpful. She provides detailed information about local restaurants, towns, aqua parks etc. She also responds to questions within minutes. She really couldn't have been more helpful. There is a little shop onsite selling the basics at reasonable prices as well as a small supermarket down the road. There are also a few large supermarkets nearby including Lydl and Janets (a huge Supermarket with 2 levels selling everything from food to bikes). You would need a car or taxi to get to these. The only disappointment was that the Crazy Golf wasn’t available whilst we were there, but there was still plenty to keep the kids entertained. The location of the villa is really good. We hired a car so we were able to visit some places nearby. Old Nessebar is a lovely little old town, with quaint cobbled streets, lots of old ruins, traditional houses and beautiful churches. There are also many tourist shops, selling everything you can imagine very cheaply. We went here several evenings during our holiday to enjoy ice-cream, pancakes or Gyros whilst wandering around the streets and shops. One of the restaurants also has traditional Bulgarian Dancing outside in the evenings. We also visited Radva, which has a beach, many restaurants, street food stalls and tourist shops. Sozopol, which is an old town similar to Old Nessebar where people sell home made fig jam for 6levs. And Pomorie where there is a Thracian Tomb which you can explore for a few Levs each. There’s also plenty of cheap parking in all of these towns. Bulgaria is a lovely country. The people are so friendly and everything is really cheap. The food is absolutely gorgeous. This is our second trip to Bulgaria. I would definitely recommend Bulgaria, this area of Bulgaria as there is lots to see and do and I would also definitely recommend this gorgeous Villa. … see more

Amazing place for family holiday

In Sunny Villa we spend over 2 weeks and it was an amazing time for our family and friends. Iliya and his wife are great hosts. Our villa and the whole place was exactly how it was advertised on website. Peace, quiet, fresh air, sun and swimming pool - that was what we needed plenty of beautiful places to visit and explore within max 30 kilometres: Burgas, Ravda, Nessebar and Sunny Beach... That just few to name. Everyone will find here something for them self's. We will definitely back for more … see more

Luxury Villa With Private Pool
Wonderful villa

The villa itself was large with all the amenities that we needed. The air conditioning was very effective and we enjoyed the use of the bar-b-q on a couple of occasions. The pool was cleaned daily and was perfect for our needs. The view is amazing, overlooking fields with the sea in the distance. It is in the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet location, although I would recommend hiring a car. We enjoyed exploring the local area including the beach at Pomerie, Old Nessebar for meals and street markets and Ravda. We used the hotel facilities which were also amazing and made a lovely change. The staff were friendly and the use of the pool and poolside beds were free. There were always plenty available, although I understand that the hotel was not full due to coronavirus. I was very grateful to the owner for allowing us to stay within a couple of days of us booking as quarantine restrictions had just been lifted when travelling to Bulgaria. The owner allowed us to arrive earlier than expected and everything was ready and perfect on our arrival. Thank you. We would definitely hope to return another year. … see more
