Set in its own private gardens with a 40sq metre swimming pool , this fabulous detached villa is the perfect place to stay. Having the added advantage of a Hotel complex nearby,where villa guests can use the facilities, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the privacy of your own home, whilst having the use of nearby amenities at the complex, such as a small supermarket,2 restaurants, bar,entertainment, sports facilities and several pools, all of which are available for guests of the villa to use.(facilities will vary according to season).The hotel also has a wonderful spa offering a variety of treatments. Top quality furnishings throughout; the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. The villa also has three bedrooms two bathrooms and one shower room; on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both having ensuite bathrooms. ).There is also a double on the ground floor with the shower room right next to it. There is a large living room with a convertible double-sofa bed meaning the villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. Enjoy fabulous views from the two balconies or relax on the spacious outdoor terrace and make use of the free standing brick built barbeque.

There is an xbox360 with two wireless controllers and a selection of games for the use of villa guests.There is free Wi-Fi internet access and the tv in the lounge is a smart tv and therefore has internet access which means guests can access British TV channels such as BBC and ITV.There is a further tv and dvd player in the master bedroom ( only dvds not tv available in this room).Cd player with choice of music, library of books, chess board and cards available for guests during their stay. The bedrooms are all doubles.

Thank you for your comments. I’m disappointed to hear that you felt there were maintenance issues as the villa was decorated at the start of the season and all curtains are new this year with the exception of the kitchen blinds. The walls are white so presumably have been marked throughout the season by numerous holiday guests but will be painted again at the start of the season as always. I asked my villa manager regarding the pool on your arrival and she explained that there had been a storm the night before and the pool was therefore not as clean as it would usually be. However, the pool is maintained on a very regular basis and as the villa is situated surrounded by fields it’s not out of the question that a mouse gets in the filter occasionally. The manager of the Villa has an office on site so I would urge all guests to go and see her if there are any issues over the cleaning of the pool as it should be maintained every day and I haven’t had any problems with this before.The photos on the website were taken at the start of the season in May so they are only a couple of months old and accurately portray how the villa looks as they were only taken on a mobile phone with no special effects. I completely agree that a car is a must although not essential but it makes it much easier to get around. Thank you for taking your time to give feedback. Regards, Sharon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
