The villa is beautiful! Excellent rooms almost all with a sea wiew, very spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing. Lovely apartment- straight onto the beach!! The garden of Eden is such a lovely complex, plenty of pools, bars and restaurants to choose from. Bus stop within walking distance. 2nd time for us to visit St vlas and it didn't disappoint, family friendly and clean!! The apartment was ideal for what we needed and close enough to the shop and bar!! Booking was straight forward and Lynne was very helpful and got straight back to me with any questions. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at sunset resort and each year has been better than the last this year we were so pleased and amazed at the beautiful apartment and side balcony we had that we decided there and then next year we were doing 3 wks instead of 2 .Dave and Nicola are two fantastic people who really made us feel so welcome from the beautiful welcome pack to the fabulous flowers I received next morning I can only say it was an amazing holiday but be warned I have already booked my 3 weeks next year so hopefully you won't be too disappointed I got in first … see more

Lovely apartment, great quiet location

Great location, an easy five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife but also very quiet. The apartment is big, very clean with everything you could need for a holiday and has a lovely balcony overlooking the two pools. Supermarkets are a couple of minutes walk away. Mark the owner was very easy to deal with and responded to all enquiries straight away, he also arranged airport pickups for us. It's a shame that the cafe/bar was shut the whole time we were there. Villa xenia
Beautiful villa in a very convenient location

Villa Xenia is incredibly well equipped, with spacious bedrooms. With four en-suite bath/shower rooms on the upper floors and an additional shower room on the ground floor, there were no arguments as to who would shower next. With air conditioning units in all bedrooms and also in the living/dining/kitchen, being indoors is very comfortable, especially when sleeping. The pool is a lovely size and well maintained, with the chemical levels checked on a weekly basis and there are plenty of sun loungers with cushions and a lovely pergola with cushioned corner seating and a coffee table. I am 5'5" and was within my depth the entire length of the pool but care should be taken with younger children who may not be able to touch the bottom. There is also a large pine table with long bench seating for al fresco dining and a covered outdoor kitchen area with sink, gas barbecue and wine/bottle fridge. The villa is situated next to the local sporting arena, but there is very little noise from it and one of our party used the track for running practice several times during our stay. Best of all, it's free to use, as are the nearby outdoor basketball practice hoops and the outdoor gym equipment. It's a very short walk to quite a large supermarket and a number of really lovely restaurants and souvenir shops. The ancient fortress is well worth a visit and although it's only small, it only costs 5 lev per person to get in, which is less than £2.50. … see more
