This new and luxurious apartment is situated just 100m from the resort's private beach, one minute away by foot and accessible by steps through the landscaped gardens or via glass elevator which gives fantastic views across the bay. The apartment is seconds from any of the eight private pools, three restaurants, tennis courts, gym and minimarket that are all on site. With one double bedroom and a separate double sofa bed in the large living area it will comfortably sleep four or five (additional folding bed available by arrangement).

Both families and couples will find the surroundings extremely comfortable and relaxing. Alongside the many on site amenities there is much to do nearby. A ten minute stroll along a path next to the beach will take you to the impressive new marina offering extremely high quality facilities for eating and drinking with a vibrant but relaxed night life.

The apartment was finished in 2008 and hence has a modern and spacious feel. There is a good sized galley kitchen with all necessary appliances and equipment. Off the kitchen there is a dining space which includes table and four dining chairs.

The large open plan living area has a full length window with doors opening onto the terrace which features views of the sea and private gardens. There is a three seater sofa which converts into a double bed plus a matching armchair. In the living area there is a television with cable channels and a DVD player. The living area is fully air conditioned via a remote controlled wall mounted unit.

The bedroom offers storage facilities in the wardrobe and vanity unit. There are two single beds which can be combined to create a large double. The bedroom also benefits from a separate air conditioning unit.

The bathroom has a bath with stand in shower, basin and lavatory.

The apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from a large attractive terrace which is bathed in sun until early evening and offers views of the sea and the gardens. Patio furniture is available to seat four, allowing for al fresco dining.

The resort has beautifully landscaped and very well maintained gardens with pathways and a stream leading from the five star hotel at the top, down through the apartments and to the private beach at the bottom which has sun loungers and parasols. Guests enjoy the use of any of the eight freshwater pools throughout the complex, several of which have separate areas for small children.

There are three high quality restaurants on site, open for lunch and dinner. The Paradiso in the hotel offers a variety of dishes in a chic dining room and an Italian restaurant has dining overlooking a Roman themed pool which is beautifully lit at night. The restaurant by the private beach offers freshly caught local fish and provides a delightful dining experience during which entertainment by playful dolphins in the sea is sometimes available! The new arthouse area which opened this year hosts a lovely cafe for coffee and pastries, as well as an art gallery. Also on the complex is a medical centre, a mini supermarket, an internet cafe and a tour office offering trips and excursions to local areas, further afield in Bulgara and Istanbul.

There are several bars on site offering alcoholic and soft drinks plus ice creams, coffee, and snacks. These include a bar on the top floor of the hotel with inside and outside areas offering stunning views across the resort and sea, an indoor piano bar with live entertainment at weekends and a wet bar with swim up access from one of the larger pools. There is a happy hour at one bar each night usually offering two for one cocktails. There is also the aptly named 'apple bar' on the beach serving drinks and snacks.

Within the hotel and available for apartment guest use are a fitness centre, saunas, Turkish steam room, whirlpool baths, massage treatment room, hairdressers and a games room. The hotel also has free WiFi and commission free currency exchange.

At the beach front there are several bar/cafes including the aptly named 'apple bar' situated on the beach. There are hire facilities for Jet skis, pedalos, rowing boats and speedboat rides. The beach has a lifeguard and doctor operating during daytime hours.

The complex itself is vehicle free. There is secure parking at the top of the site for 150 vehicles and buggies will transport guests and luggage over the site should they be required. All the paths are well lit at night and the resort is small, very friendly and safe.

The Bulgarian Black Sea Coast is a popular destination for thousands of visitors every summer, with warm sea temperatures, a sunny climate, white sand beaches and modern resorts with a feel similar to many Mediterranean destinations

The main summer season runs from May through to October, with average daily temperatures in July and August of 27C, and water temperatures of 24C. On average there are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.

Sveti Vlas

The Garden of Eden Complex is one of newest and most prestigious resorts in the area and benefits from it's own stretch of south facing private beach.

Nearby is the town centre of St Vlas (Sveti Vlas) which is around 15 minutes on foot or a short bus journey away. St Vlas offers many tourist shops, plus local bars and lively restaurants which offer great value for money.

Within walking distance is the Vlas marina which opened fully in 2008. The marina offers high quality dining and shopping with views of the harbour. Boat tours are available from here.

The large and lively Sunny Beach resort is a 10 minute taxi or 20 minute bus ride away. There is a bus stop about 400m from the resort entrance offering regular and very cheap services. Sunny Beach has everything a large holiday resort brings including extensive beaches, water sports, bars, clubs and shopping.

Across the bay is the ancient and historic town of Nessebar, accessible by ferry or road. Nessebar is a small and picturesque town with narrow cobblestone streets. Located on a peninsular 9 km south of St. Vlas and connected by bridge, the island has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, with many interesting museums and churches as well as shops and restaurants.

“Fabulous Holiday”

What a brilliant holiday we had at the GOE, Bulgaria. We are a family of 4 with a 15 year old and 11 year old. The owner arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. Upon arrival at the resort we were met in Reception and taken to our apartment. The property was of a very good standard with everything needed, including microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and even a fruit juicer!. It was spacious and airy with a good sized terrace with a table and four chairs. WiFi is freely available in the reception and is available for an extra charge in the apartment. The Garden of Eden is a lovely resort which is immaculately kept. There is a well stocked supermarket which has almost everything needed and at a very good price. The village of Sveti Vlas is approximately 15 minutes walk and has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The Marina is 10 minutes away and has a variety of restaurants which are a bit more costly but still very cheap compared to England.
