Thank you for taking the time to write to me. As you had inspected the property in person before completing your reservation 6 weeks before arrival, you would have seen the villa, its neighbourhood & approach and the facilities it offers. Our villa is best suited to families/older couples and the facilities offered are in line with similar properties in Bulgaria. Our maintenance regime included professional cleaning the day before and after your arrival, along with regular check ups on equipment including the air conditioning. The checks following your departure found everything to be operating as expected. I understand that you are disappointed with your stay, but unfortunately it is beyond my ability to resolve your complaints: much as I might like to, I cannot delay sunrise. We wish you all the luck in choosing somewhere that better suits your desire for 'party' holiday next time, while we continue to welcome the many guests who appreciate the more relaxed and quiet experience that our beautiful holiday home offers.

Good holiday

Good location set in a wooded area away from the bustle of the main resort. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Being on the ground floor was nice with a small garden area outside the lounge diner. There were one or two issues with the equipment, mainly the tv remote on both sets and the lounge set that wasn't working at all. The caretaker was very helpful and provided us with an outdoor table and chairs and helped us with the tv sets. Riviera 12, Penthouse
Affordable, situated very near cost and within 15 minutes of Varna

The penthouse was tastefully furnished with air-conditioning (very necessary in the summer) and a balcony with a good view of the surrounding area. The one problem we had with the flat is that it wasn't quite as described (had only 2 bathrooms, as one was an ensuite we shared one between 4 people) and it was on the top floor with no lift or escalators, just stairs. Apart from that the property was lovely with a sauna, jacuzzi and pool downstairs. The penthouse is perfect for a holiday with friends or a family, though there is a balcony so it may not be quite suitable for children. The stairs make it unsuitable for any mobility-impaired visitors. It was wonderfully situated very close to the coast, within a very easy walk. The beach is beautiful and there was an amazing seafood restaurant that we went to often. There is plenty of cafes and restaurants within an easy walk. On our very first night (we arrived at approx 1am) a couple of us spent most of the morning until 7am drinking at a 24/7 bar that was 5 minutes down the road. It is also within a short taxi ride to Varna, the nearest city. There is a sightseeing bus that goes round several tourist areas - we visited several places like a huge shopping centre in Varna and a water park. Prices are very reasonable in Bulgaria, and much cheaper than Sofia. For younger parties - alcohol is easy to get hold of and we almost never got ID'd. However, we were warned to be extremely careful with our passports, money and belongings. The owner was able to arrange for us to be transferred by taxi to and from the airport, and also able to recommend other taxi drivers for us to use. Large clean and comfortable villa with fresh peaches every morning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, enjoying fresh fruit from the garden, with friendly and knowledgable help from the neighbours. Varna is a fascinating town, and the provision of the car was essential to get there (and there is STILL free parking!). The local beach was very 'swimmable' although there was a lot of seaweed for a couple of days and the sand could do with clearing of cigarette butts from time to time. But the water is really IDEAL for swimming, and the restaurants are cheap and good. We also loved using the barbeque. We will probably want to go there again! … see more
Villa Bulgarevo Luxury Villa with Pool
peaceful place

We stayed at the Villa Bulgarevo and I would recommend it to everyone. It is a beautiful peaceful place perfect for families with children who want to escape the crowds and noise of the large resorts. The house is large, with new furniture and the swimming pool was ideal. The style of the house is rural with many old features but finished to a high standard. Very nice inside with all rooms located on one floor, high ceilings, exposed beams and cool even during hot days. The location is perfect for people interested in eco-tourism, sightseeing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, diving, water sports, etc. There are several sandy beaches to choose from as well. … see more

Great relaxing holiday

We stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely apartment, the location by the pool was amazing, we could stroll out of the doors and have a quick dip in the pool.
