5*Riveria 12 is a large 3 bedroom luxury penthouse apartment, 120sq metres (1300sq ft), only two minutes walk from beautiful Chaika beach. With stunning sea views from a very private balcony, it is located in a quiet peaceful area on the outskirts of Golden Sands resort.

This is a small development of 12 luxury apartments & is walled & gated with 24 hr security & secure parking. There are plenty of restaurants, bars & shops close to the complex & is within walking distance to the Golden Sands resort . It is about 15 mins from the centre of Varna by bus or taxi. There is a pick up & drop off service from the airport to the apartment provided.Fully furnished with Sattelite TV & internet Wi Fi. Complex has gymnasium, sauna, steam room and poolside bar/ barbecue area. Local beach (Chieka) is only 200 metres.
Bedroom 1 has king Size bed & En suite bathroom, Room 2 has Twin Beds, Room 3 has Bunk Beds, Open Plan Kitchen / Living room with good size balcond with fantastic sea view. Air conditioning throughout.

Why can't I call Peter (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
