This all ground floor cottage is set on a working farm just outside Upper Seagry and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.The Farm House is an all ground floor cottage set on a working farm just outside Upper Seagry. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a king-size double with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, a double room and a twin (zip/link). There is also a utility with a cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there are lawned gardens with patio and off road parking for three cars. The Farm House is a fantastic base with a variety of attractions within easy reach.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove and underfloor heating. Electric range with oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 0.9 miles . There is no EV charger point at the property but the mains can be used at a supplement payable to owner

Town: The small North Wiltshire village of Upper Seagry is found in superb countryside only five miles north of the bustling market town of Chippenham, and six miles from the ancient town of Malmesbury. Close to the southern end of The Cotswolds, this rural location provides a great base from which to explore this fascinating area. There are ample footpaths and bridleways nearby, a visit to Malmesbury - with its 12th century Benedictine Abbey - is a must, whilst a trip to the Cotswold Water Park is a real treat.
