From the owner

Cozy apartment just 35 meters from the beach. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with ceiling fans. Comfortable living room - dining room with air conditioning and ceiling fan with access to a large terrace looking directly at one of the swimming pools of the urbanization. The kitchen is independent with washing machine, 180-liter fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave apart from a full kitchenware. The bathroom is composed of bidet, toilet, sink and bathtub with shower. Towels, bath mat and linens are included in the rent and change weekly. The Laguna Beach Urbanization has direct access to the beach and several swimming pools, including an Olympic and for children. There is an indoor heated pool open during the winter months, four tennis courts, children's play area, paddle court, petanque, restaurants, ice cream parlor / cybercafe and other shops, such as supermarket, hairdresser, wellness center, gym and center of diving. Buses to Torrox, Nerja and Malaga stop just 500 meters away. The resort is 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport and close to the Bavaria and Añoreta golf courses, the Caleta marina, the Aquavelis water park and other sports activities. Or if you prefer, you can choose not to do anything and enjoy the tranquility of the beach facilities with their hammocks and umbrellas and chiringitos. At night, a walk along the promenade, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy on this beautiful stretch of coast. Our office is located in the complex, so we are at your disposal to help you with anything you may need or any emergency that may arise. For long-term winter rentals of one month or more, the electricity consumed in the rental period is charged separately plus a final cleaning fee of € 40. The apartment is delivered with additional bed linen and towels without weekly change. Please request additional information about long term rentals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuel (the owner) a message.

If Manuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
