Great apartment 2 minutes walk from the beach (50 meters), in the area of the seafront La Carihuela. Recently renovated, it has a 1 bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom, living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and terrace of 8 square meters. The terrace has sliding glass curtains (exposed in some photos) that make the terrace more cozy in winter season, being able to enjoy the views of the garden. Ceiling fans in living room, bedroom and terrace. And heat radiator. Internet with WI-FI connection and TV with access included to English channels via satellite The rest is fully equipped: towels, linens, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and washing machine. It is located in a private complex with a swimming pool, a beautiful garden where you can sunbathe all day, as well as a solarium and surface parking. Surrounded by all kinds of nearby services: pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, taxi and bus stops, pubs, etc. 2 km from the center of Torremolinos and 10 minutes walk from Puerto Marina. Malaga Airport is 8 km away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juan Carlos (the owner) a message.

If Juan Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
