This is a charming and cosy newly and fully refurbished 2 floored old fisherman house (casa mata). All amenities are included, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, induction cook, spacious fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner and breakfast - hand blender, orange juicer ect), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in both floors, washing machine, Smart TV and lcd tv, etc. The house has two floors and two bathrooms, the ground floor includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom; 1st floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This house is perfect for two adults or a couple and 1 child

Its perfect location will allow you to enjoy 1. the convenience of being literally a few minutes walk from the beach, touristic places, shops (just a minute away from bakeries, butchers, fishmongers etc.), restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife and public transport (including direct train from/to the airport ~12 mins journey and from/to Malaga) and 2. the peacefulness and noise-free environment when sleeping. But not only that, its fantastic location will give you a taste of Torremolinos’ real life with locals/neighbours. It may be better to take new pictures from the street, as I checked yesterday in Google Street and it still has the old ones.

There is also a public parking space in front of the house. In other words, we assure you that you will love this experience at our place :)

Why can't I call Gregorio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gregorio (the owner) a message.

If Gregorio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
