TINCLETON LODGE is a luxury self-catering accommodation awarded FIVE STAR GOLD by Visit England for 2019 together with the M3a Disability. Free Wi-FI. Offering spacious accommodation for up to 10 with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Secure garden with gas barbecue and garden furniture, loungers etc.

New Private Tennis Court - allocated time slots each day.

The Lodge offers excellent period accommodation with en suite bathrooms and open fires to warm yourself by. Situated in Tincleton, 4 miles from the County Town of Dorchester in Dorset within 600 acres of private glorious farmland with its excellent facilities for walking and fishing - Visitors offered to wander freely, roam the countryside and expore the River Frome with its excellent selection of wildlife.

Located near the Jurassic Coastline and in the heart of the Hardye Wessex Countryside. Studland, Weymouth, Portland, Durdle Door, the Purbecks, Monkey World, Kingston Maurward and the Animal Park, Athelhampton House all within easy access.

The price of rental for the accommodation includes all crisp white bed linen (no cot linen), towels - one hand and one luxury sized bath sheet, electricity, central heating, underfloor heating, gas for the barbeque and logs and coal for the woodburner.

Anyone exceeding the maximum number of 10 persons occupancy will be charged or we reserve the right to ask Guests to leave if this is not adhered to.

The spacious living room has an old inglenook fireplace with a woodburner, original bread oven, digital television and dvd player.
Upstairs - The bedrooms comprise of 2 double luxury en-suite rooms (bath, toilet, hand basin) each with king size double beds and television, also 2 character twin bedded rooms and an additional luxurious family bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bath etc.

Downstairs - 1 luxury twin-bedded en suite wet/shower room with underfloor heating, television and access leading out to the patio area. This room is suitable for those wishing to avoid stairs and can accommodate those with disabled needs

Outside - Terraced area with beautiful garden furniture, relaxing loungers, gas barbeque, outside housing area with additional large fridge for barbeque/extra drinks etc., washing machine and tumble dryer.

“Beautiful”

We stayed in Tincleton Lodge for the weekend, arriving home yesterday. A party of family on our annual get together, mums, sisters, daughters, cousins, aunties and nieces. The cottage was perfect for us. Very spacious and well equipped, with many extra little touches that were much appreciated. Comfortable lounge with plenty of comfy sofas for all of us. In a beautiful setting and close to lots of places of interest. The accommodation was clean and well looked after. We all loved our stay here and we would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

A very comfortable cottage in a quiet location. It was well equipped and had plenty of space for the eight of us. We followed the nature trail to a fab bluebell wood. Wareham is nearby so good for a trip out. Highly recommended.

My 3 brothers and partners and me and hubby all met up in September for a weeks holiday. This is difficult as I am wheelchair bound and need a hoist. We bought or own hoist and the disabled friendly room with wet room shower, was fantastic. The whole of the downstairs was easily accessable as well as being homely and comfortable with ample roomy seating for all 8 of us. My Hubby said the upstairs was fab too, and the garden was a sun trap. Special touches like fresh flowers and house plants made the atmosphere homely and comfortable. So good, we are already booked for 2013.

We stayed here in November with my children who are 22,23 and 26 along with grandparents too! We had such a wonderful stay, the house is plenty big enough to escape for peace when you want it but also to cosy up next to the log fire together. We could not recommend this lovely holiday more. We have been twice now and have loved it both times. The decor is beautiful and everything is done to such a high standard! Jane, the lady who owns the property is attentive, warm and helpful! We will definitely be returning again! You will not be disappointed with your stay!

So many guests comment on the fact that its fabulous to be all together but yet to have the space to all do your own thing - whether its out of doors jogging around the meadows, walking the Nature trail admiring the wildlife, fishing on the River Frome, playing tennis, sunbathing on the terrace, making a barbeque, paddling in the stream, playing with Otter (the family dog) or relaxing in the Lodge taking a well earned soak in one of the luxurious bathrooms, watching a film on one of the many tv's or just snoozing by the woodburner - we try to ensure that there is something for everyone.

How do damage deposits work?
