Enjoy our special low prices for long term rentals : the longer you rent, the more you save! Please get in touch for special offers. This 51 sq. meters studio comfortably fits a family or a company of four. The studio is on the ground floor, so there is an easy access. There is a double bed and a sofa bed (for 2 person), a kitchenette with all that you might need for a quick meal. The beach is within a walking distance. There is a swimming pool, free use of sun beds and a free parking space. There is also a tennis court, available at a surcharge, a shop, a restaurant and a bar.

At the reception, guests can book organised trips to nearby attractions, boat trips and taxis. Burgas Airport is only 20 km away.

Facilities available in the complex: Free parking space, free wi-fi, swimming pool, children's swimming pool, free use of sun beds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool, water slide, bar, water bar, restaurant, supermarket, 24 hour security, tennis court.

The local bus stop is right outside the main entrance of the holiday complex. For an extra charge we can arrange for a transfer from the airport.

The Neighborhood

Located a few minutes walk from the centre of Sunny Beach the Sunny Fort Apartment complex comprises of 7 buildings sharing common sport and leisure facilities.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop on the main road. The ticket to the old town of Nessebar is only 1 lev (that is 50 euro cents). You can also use the bus to go to Sveti Vlas or Elenite. Varna Airport is located 60 km from the accommodation and Burgas Airport is only 20 km away. Famous Majestic and Kuban beaches are 1 km away. Action AquaPark is reachable within 500 metres from the property and Cacao Beach can be reached within a 3-minute drive.
