Luxurious 4 bedroom holiday villa for rental in Sunny Beach located on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. Ideal for relaxing by the pool, taking in the hedonism of the Sunny Beach nightlife, or enjoying the culture of Nessebar a UNESC World Heritage site.

The villa is situated on the enclosed Hill Top complex overlooking Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar, creating a secure environment for families with small children. The Villa is 5 minutes by car from Sunny Beach, and the traditional Bulgarian village of Kosharitza.

Sunny Beach is well known for its beach, and this is equally complemented by the good weather and climate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
