Kali 4 is a private and spacious two storey detached villa with 3 en-suite double bedrooms, and a shared family sized pool, within the unique pedestrianised Village of Bay View Villas with great views of and proximity to the vibrant and varied Sunny Beach resort on the Black Sea Coast. Bay View Villas is a small concierged holiday village 2 kilometers from Sunny Beach on a hillside offering a unique combination of relaxing amenities on site with two swimming pools and bars, a roof top restaurant, a gym, sauna and spa treatment centre, and kids areas.

All beds in Kali 4 are en suite with a shower or bath, and have a wardrobe and chest of draws in each. On the Ground Floor is a large living room/kitchen with an eight seat dining table and french doors to patio and private garden with modern furniture and loungers. The downstairs living room has a flat screen TV with cable stations, a DVD player and two sofa beds. One of the en suite double bedrooms is found off the living room with view to the garden and patio. In addition there is a separate toilet, storage space, and a small room holding the washing machine.The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and cooking appliances, fridge, hob and microwave. There is wifi throughout.

The First Floor has a further living space leading to the roof terrace which is a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The two en suite double bedrooms have seperate access to the roof terrace and have stunning views of the Black Sea Bay, Sunny Beach resort and the rolling countryside. One bedrooom has a flat screen TV. There is a fridge and sink for preparing drinks etc to take onto the roof terrace particularly in the evening for those essential sundowners. Watch the sun go down, the house martins swoop around the valley and Sunny Beach come to life for the night. There are air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs. Stay at Bay View and relax or take a short ride into Sunny Beach to join in the fun. The choice is yours.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Clive (the owner) a message.

If Clive (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
