From the owner

Nous avons terminé en 2015 la restauration de la maison de maître et les dépendances d'un domaine viticole du 19e siècle, situé dans un village à deux pas du canal du midi et du village du Somail. Nous avons créé 10 gîtes qui ont chacun leur cuisine équipée et leur caractère propre avec des meubles de famille ou chinés. Chaque maison dispose d'un petit jardin privatif avec une table, des chaises, un parasol, un barbecue et deux transats. Vous avez accès à la piscine commune qui est ouverte de 9h00 à 20h00.

Le prix comprend le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de toilettes et torchons).

Le ménage est fait une fois par semaine et son coût est de 70 euros. Si le gîte est loué pour 2 semaines,un ménage supplémentaire peut être fait si vous le souhaitez (pour un coût supplémentaire de 70 euros).

Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas fournies mais peuvent être louées (7 euros par serviette utilisée, 20 euros de caution).

Chaque gîte dispose d’une place de parking à l’intérieur du domaine.

Du pain et des croissants peuvent vous être livrés sur commande le matin à la porte de votre gîte (ce service est gratuit, seuls les produits vous seront facturés à prix coûtant).

Vous pourrez louer à un prestataire extérieur des vélos qui vous seront livrés et repris sur place en fonction de votre demande (il est fortement recommandé de prévoir la location de ceux-ci, au moment de la réservation de votre séjour).

Dans le village vous trouverez une boulangerie, une épicerie avec des produits frais, un tabac presse, un café-restaurant avec sa tonnelle, des médecins.

A environ deux kilomètres vous trouverez des grandes surfaces alimentaires, une pharmacie, des garages et d’autres services.

Taxe de séjour de 0,75 euros par nuit et par personne de plus de 18 ans.

Accès par la route :sortir à Narbonne sud sur l'Autoroute A9 (no 38). Au premier rond-point (50m après le péage), suivre direction Carcassonne-Béziers (N213). Au deuxième rond-point, suivre Béziers. Au troisième rond-point, prendre la direction Marcorignan et rouler environ 5 km. Traverser et sortir du village de Marcorignan en direction de Saint-Marcel. Dans Saint-Marcel tourner à gauche après la boulangerie (suivre la direction Saint-Nazaire d'Aude marquée sur le panneau), traverser le village de Saint-Nazaire d'Aude en passant devant l'école, la mairie, le bar Le Mazet puis prendre la deuxième à droite après le tabac en direction de Ginestas / Le Somail (marquée sur le panneau). 200 mètres à droite et vous serez arrivés !

Why can't I call Philippe (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philippe (the owner) a message.

If Philippe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
