Beautiful 3 story home in the prestigious community of Bay View Park. The 1st level has 3 bedrooms (1 master suite - king) The queen and trundle bed share a hall bath. Nice sitting area with large flat screen tv and screened porch on this level. The second floor features 1 master suite, a half bath, well equipped kitchen, living (with large flat screen tv) nice dining area and sun deck. The third level has a loft with sitting area and two additional bedrooms (1 - double and bedroom 6 has a pyramid bunk (double on bottom with twin on top and bunkbed) - perfect for the kids! Home also features a bulk head to park your boat. High-end filtration system for your drinking water - no water bottles needed here! Partials available last minute/off season - 4 night minimum required.

We arrived to find the decks, driveway and walks under construction. Mostly unusable throughout our stay. What made it worse the rental agent argued with us that it wasn't a big deal. She said … More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. This property has recently undergone many improvements - yes they added pavers to the driveway. Construction was delayed due to several major storms. Despite that fact, they still hoped to finish the work before guests arrived. Delays, delays, delays - yes the guest arrived to find that they only had 1/2 of the driveway done. The home is in excellent condition, with everything functioning as it should.
