The large garden patio has outside dining for 6 people and plenty of room for sun loungers and casual seating. There is a staircase from the garden patio up to a good size upper terrace with wonderful uninterrupted views up the valley to the Tramuntana mountains.
You can dine on the upper terrace if you wish and watch the sun set on the mountains. There is a small very pretty garden with a built in stone BBQ which is easy to use, and the spacious garage houses one car with ease. It is recommended you hire a small car if possible as access is quite tight and the local roads are very narrow.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house in Soller
The Balearic Islands region
Mallorca needs little in the way of introduction. It has been a favourite holiday destination for Europeans for many many years and boast a fabulous climate, stunning scenery and magnificent beaches. In the 60's it was a cheap and cheerful place to go (sun, sea and sangria), but these days it is a sophisticated destination with world famous hotels and restaurants throughout the island.
Palma, the capital, is a vibrant and beautiful city with an interesting history, lovely buildings and is a centre of the arts - concerts, galleries and exhibitions. The Tramuntana mountains offer some of the most attractive and interesting walking in the Mediterranean.
With 11 peaks over 1000m, there is plenty of challenge for all standard of walkers. The main walking routes are very well signposted. Public transport in Mallorca is generally very good.
Tucked into a spectacularly beautiful valley in the north west mountains of Mallorca, Soller is unquestionably one of the most picturesque places on the island. The town in surrounded by mountains yet the valley opens down to the sea, giving Soller, with its port, a rare combination of trail hiking, mountain biking, swimming and boating all in one place. Isolated from the rest of the island for most of its existence (until the recent opening of the tunnel through the mountaints) Solller maintains much of its original character, offering a window into authentic aspects of Mallorcan life and culture. The town square lies at the centre of daily life and is a hive of activity with its many cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique hotels. There are a number of festivals each year with entertainment in the square. The tram down to the port passes through the square and the town is linked to Palma by road and train (the scenic train takes a relaxing 1 hour to make the journey through the mountains, although it is only 30 mins by road). The Port of Soller has a lively marina and a small but excellent beach.

"The perfect week"
Stayed at Villa Sofia for 10 days and had a great week. The villa is much bigger than I first thought on arrival. It has stunning views of the mountains, great outdoor space and plenty of room inside. The parking is a little tricky but once you get used to the narrow lane it's no problem after that. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the town centre and short drive to the port. There is plenty to do if you are looking for an activity based holiday (we managed a mountain bike ride, 2 day walk and sailing!), equally there are incredible beaches only a short drive from the villa if you are looking to relax for the week. We ate in the villa a couple of nights and out in the town for the remainder. The kitchen, bbq and outdoor dining area are perfect for a night in. The centre of the town and the port have some really nice restaurants, you are definitely spoiled for choice! Looking forward to going back already!

"Amazing views and great location."
A lovely villa to spend the evening relaxing and watching the sun go down over the mountains. The Villa was clean, tidy and had everything we needed to self cater and added extras like snorkels. Feels you are are part of Soller rather than a tourist as surrounded by locals. Great starting point for the walks around. Shame there is no pool but very short walk to the local pool which was lovely and quiet.

This villa is fantastic if you enjoy the out door life with great access to walking and mountain biking trails and just 10 min walk in to the beautiful soller town centre where you can watch the world go by. My only criticism is that I am tall so I hit my head on the door frames a few time however that's what you expect with a traditional picturesque villa with great views over the mountains!!

"A beautiful family villa in the heart of Soller"
My husband and I stayed at Villa Soifa with our 2 young sons for 8 days. The Villa is beautifully maintained, has stunning views of the mountains and is a pleasant 10 min walk from Soller Square. The Villa caters brilliantly for young children with provision of a travel cot, high chair and stair gates. There is even the occasional toy to be found. The boys loved the morning stroll to 'Bon Profit' and the Spar for the daily bread, croissants and ensaimadas. The local pool and beach are excellent and only a short drive away (or tram). Soller is an enchanting place for a holiday and Villa Sofia embraces all the local charm, making it a perfect holiday rental. We will be returning.
