This traditional Spanish estate retains all of it’s rural charm with just enough modern updates for a sophisticated and comfortable retreat. The active olive oil farming & production along with the furry residents that roam the land are a delightful.

Located in the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range above the town of Soller, this Spanish hacienda sits on over eighteen acres of olive groves and Mediterranean gardens with stunning views of the valley, the mountains and out to sea. Completely restored with modern updates and finishes the rural character of the traditional rustic finca remains. The exposed stone, timbered ceilings and colorful tile are mixed with contemporary and traditional furnishings and antiques for a classic rural ambience.

The spacious bi-level layout accommodates up to ten guests with five en suite bedrooms each with private baths. With two spacious living areas and a dining hall, the house is perfect for groups or families.

The gourmet kitchen with central eat in dining island and double capacity professional appliances is ideal for entertaining and can serve and accommodate up to thirty guests inside and out on the expansive terraces. There’s a separate media room that seats up to ten and gym with professional equipment.

The grounds and gardens are expansive, rural and very private and include an elevated pool with multiple lounge and dining areas. The seasonal olive harvest and sheep sheering offer an interesting look into the workings of the farm with the option to participate or just enjoy the harvest.

Residing in complete privacy in one of the best spots in the area, this is a peaceful and spacious family friendly retreat.

“Spacious, stylish villa for large groups!!!”

We spent our honeymoon (May 15th to May 29th) with friends in this fantastic finca. We were there for a full 14 days. The finca is located above Soller, a great place with many shops (Eroski supermarket). The journey to the finca is exciting. Note: The navigation system of our rental car could not find the address, so we drove with Google Maps. We were able to find the way well here. The streets are getting narrower and then it's uphill. If you think it can't go any further, you're practically at the door. The house number is 6 and at the gate is "SE Selrana" Simply open the gate and then continue to the gate in front of the finca. The handover of the key worked very well. We called the owner when we left the airport. The owner's father was already waiting for us. Then you can't get out of amazement. The originally left garden invites you to linger. The pool is super nice and there are also loungers and a table with chairs available. The view is enormous. An automatic filter system is available. We were able to use the pool often as it shines on the sun all afternoon. A covered terrace is available here. On the second day we had no warm water in the morning. However, this was fixed immediately after calling the owner. 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens (each with a dishwasher). The equipment in the kitchen e.g. is completely sufficient for 10 people. The rooms are nicely decorated and each room has its own bathroom. In addition to the 2 rooms in the upper area, a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks is shared. The home theater room is cozy with high-quality electronic equipment (Bose). From two of the three terraces, you can wonderfully look at the lighthouse in Port Sóller on the west coast. There are 2 donkeys and sheep in the finca. It was a joy for the children. The two donkeys come to the gate. You should hurry here when driving in, otherwise the donkeys will come to the property. Halfway through the two-week vacation, the sheets were changed with fresh towels and the house was cleaned. Overall it was a super nice vacation in a breathtaking finca. We would love to come back.
