- Warm and sunny colors are the foundation of all interior decisions. The combination of creamy, peachy and yellowish tones will take you to a new level of coziness and a "welcome home" kind of feeling. It's all about patterns also - woody styled furniture and sunflower smiles are all over the place.

- The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom space, living area and bathroom + WC (combined).

- Fast Wi-Fi, Cable TV and all sorts of amenities will make your stay pleasant and comfortable. (hairdryer, iron, foldable laundry dryer, etc)

- A personalized guidebook with recommendations about great restaurants, bakeries, cafes, farmer's markets, amazing bars, and attractions to see in Sofia. The apartment is located in Lozenets - the best part of the city center. It is a

clean and quiet residential area with lots of restaurants.

You can reach the apartment from the airport, as well as the central

bus and train station with the subway. The subway station is located 2

min walking distance from the apartment.

The neighborhood is well connected to the whole city by bus, tram, and subway.

You can walk to the city center (the National Palace of Culture and

the pedestrian Vitosha Boulevard). Vitosha Boulevard is the main

commercial street in the centre of Sofia and there are restaraunts,

bars, cafeterias, espresso shops, ice cream parlors, and stores on

each side of the street. Vitosha Boulevard extends from the St Nedelya

Square to the Southern Park.

Close to everything you might need - a 24 hour super market, metro

station, dry cleaning, banks, post office, pharmacies,cinema, malls

and lots of shops, beauty salon, gym, hospital, wine and beer shops,

Hi John, I am really sorry for the hot water problem which you experienced during the last day of your stay! Unfortunately, when something needs to be fixed in the neighborhood, they need to stop the hot water of the whole neighborhood. This happens very rarely (less than one time per year) and I am really sorry that it happened to you and spoiled your stay. We wish we could make up for it in some way! All the best to you.

How do damage deposits work?
