The villa contains 9 rooms that may be used for accommodations as follows:

The Suite is a 76.75m2 space containing 1 bedroom with ensuite master bathroom and 2 day rooms that open to the 2nd floor terrace, which may be converted into bedrooms. An additional full bathroom is off of the entre to the bedroom and two day rooms. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with two people in each room.

The Flag Room has floor to ceiling windows providing views of the lower grounds. The 30m2 space comfortably sleeps 2 people and has a contemporary ensuite bath.

The Orchard View Room has floor to ceiling windows with beautiful orchard views. At 28m2 the Orchard View Room is our smallest accommodation space, yet it provides ample space for 2 people and has a contemporary ensuite bath.

The Cuban Room features art directly from the Caribbean island. The room is 32m2 and maintains the similar modern design and furnishings as the other bedrooms. The space has been prepared to sleep 2 people and has an ensuite bathroom similar to the others.

The villa has two Balcony Rooms. Balcony Room I is 31m2 and Balcony Room II is 33m2 and both spaces comfortably sleep 2 and have modern ensuite bathrooms. The balconies create an easy connection for guests to relax in the outdoors.

The Old Attic is a 114m2 open floor plan loft space within the original house. The space sleeps 6, has a balcony overlooking the property's lower grounds, and has a standard ensuite bathroom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
